People who say God gives us free will are liars.

    That's big of you.

    What you fail to understand is there is simply more to the world than you can possibly "know".
    This fits in perfectly with what I already said about atheists.

    Religions represent belief systems, not knowledge systems. They attempt to explain, within their particular dogmas, where we came from, why we are here and where we are going.
    I find it impossible to hate or be disappointed in religion because I see it for what it is...attempts by imperfect men to explain the world around us.

    I don't have all the answers and I'm bright enough to understand that. But atheists won't even acknowledge all the questions.

    I agree but one of those possibilities that atheists refuse to consider (at least the ones I have dealt with) is a transcendent consciousness that carries from one plane of existence to another.

    My father, ostensibly a belligerent and simple construction electrician, explained to me fifty years ago how all matter vibrates at a constant rate and death is merely a change to a different rate of vibration (a simple string theory, if you will). Literally life in another space.


    On the contrary.
