Pope suggests Catholic Church could bless same-sex couples

Yes he is jealous. It is a righteous jealous. He Created mankind for relationship with Him. When mankind chases after other idols or gods it is a reflection on human flesh, not God. Buck up, take responsibility for your own shortcomings. Stop blaming God. He loves every one of us. Actually, he even loves those Palestinians who cut the heads of Jewish babies although their actions show there hearts may be too hard to ever repent. Is that your case?

 

God had the whole test in His hands from the beginning. He had a plan for escape and Abraham was justified by "FAITH". God proved that it is possible for mankind to have "virtue", for our benefit. Of course the godless approach scripture with a whole different intent.

Perhaps they should consider allowing priests to have wives so they don't become a same sex couple with the altar boys.

There are no "good people". Only a "perfect God". You don't pay attention to the story. You are only looking from the illusion of your own perfection.

 

That is little g-gods I refer to. The god of self worship, the god of materialism, the god of pleasure......anything that is elevated to the place of Big G-God!

Duhhh? God is not a person. He is not a created being. You are. Who are you to judge Him by your own puny standards?
People that strive for "good" learn from the lessons of "faith" that God, in His mercy, has shown us.

He is also the God of Mercy, the God of Grace, the God of Provision and many more descriptions. You just mock, that's all.

All of these people demanding the Catholic church change have absolutely no intention of ever joining the Catholic church. Even if the church submitted to virtually every last ridiculous demand.

And of that small segment in the Catholic church who wants change, even if the church gave in to everything they are currently demanding, everyone knows that would not be the end of it. They would then just want more. And things would be right back to where they started, except with the church already having made huge and controversial sacrifices. There's simply no way to appease the more extreme progressive faction, not without causing a schism in the church.

The Pope is of course trying to hold the church together. There are divisive forces and cracks. Francis is relatively progressive compared to some of the more conservative factions (probably the majority of steadfast Catholics), but what he actually personally believes, or how relevant those personal beliefs are actually going to be to his policies, is not really known.

 

I swear. You are like a little kid. God who Created all things created those things that mankind turned into "little god's" and worshiped them. Go have fun with someone else. This is too deep for you. You do not see beyond your self.

 

This is why Jesus is the head of the Church. He is the "Rock".
