You call it white privilege, I call it hard work.

 

You ever heard of "quotas"? You ever heard of "affirmative action"? You ever heard of "minority recruitment"? You ever heard of "Black Miss America Contest"? You ever heard of the "United Negro College Fund"? Now tell me what privilege you want whites to give up.

 

If a White person enjoys privilege from the day they are born, it is not from hard work. It is from inherent privilege.

 

You ever heard of systemic racism? I want you to give up the systemic racism that has ruled this country since the days of the founders.

 

You are falling for the liberal and the BLM mantra. Look around for racism and make up your own mind. But I will concede there are a small handful of both blacks and whites who may have been born with systemic racism and never want to change. Racism is not a white only characteristic.

I tend to agree. Civil rights or equal rights are one thing, clearly noble. But everything that followed was not. Guys like him and the whites of the Democrat party are directly responsible for the ruination of black America. And the division of the nation. In fact the destruction from the course they set, continues. Why they deify this guy when the damage far exceeded the gain is near to wizardry, a magic act. But he did good by marching peaceably for equal rights. We should give him that distinction. I mean, who knows, maybe he lost his way, bedazzled by fame and sophistry. But he dragged the dignity of black Americans into the gutter with a multitude of social programs and deceit. He was no giant.

 

Rather than keep telling whites what they need to do to help the blacks we need to tell the blacks what they need to do to help themselves. And one of those things blacks need to do is to stop allowing whites to give you handouts like food stamps and housing assistance. You are saying you are inferior. Get an education, get a job and learn a skill or go to college. Stop producing babies who grow up with only a mother.

 

We've had Affirmative Action that long? Damn. Yeah we need to get rid of AA, I agree.

If John Lewis called Trump a racist, he was just calling them like he seen them.
John Lewis spoke his mind, but he was a man of peace. He never advocated violence or sought revenge against the people who brutalized him. He didn't hate anybody.

John Lewis participated in a peaceful demonstration in the heart of the Jim Crow DP South and was severely injured. He was a very brave man.
