Also, you should really read up on D&X abortion, there is no such thing a partial birth abortion in medical terminology.

There's no mention of AR-15s in the constitution, either, but doesn't the 2nd Amendment cover that?

Please read Amendment 4, Section 1 and tell me how that does not apply to women of childbearing age.

 

The second amendment specifically addresses the issue of bearing arms. Abortion isn’t addressed anywhere even remotely. The 4th amendment has nothing to do with abortion.

 

What part of "The right of the people to be secure in their persons" do you not understand? How is a woman's uterus not part of her "person"? I can think of no search more fitting description of "unreasonable searches and seizures" than that of a woman's body parts, so please explain how the contents of my uterus is the government's business in the first place.

Sixty-four percent said they were in favor of stricter laws, while 36 percent said they were opposed, the CNN-SSRS poll found.
A slightly smaller portion — 54 percent — said that such gun control laws would reduce gun-related deaths in the country,
and 58 percent said they believe the government is able take effective action to prevent mass shootings.
Some 59 percent in the survey said they were in favor of banning semi-automatic rifles, while 94 percent said they would
support taking measures to prevent convicted felons and those with mental health issues from owning guns.​
