Worrying about the rights of things which have no mind, and therefore no mental existence, is simply stupid. It's like crying over the death of bacteria, plants, or cancers. They lack minds, and therefore have no intrinsic moral relevance. Pro-lifers either lack an understanding of what an embryo is capable of, or don't understand the basics of morality, basically.
The only way someone aborts their child moments before birth is if there is something medically wrong. Also, you should really read up on D&X abortion, there is no such thing a partial birth abortion in medical terminology.
When people like you say the majority supports abortion being legal and accessible, they always leave out the part about also supporting a variety of restrictions.
Lol — the entire medical profession disagrees with your thought provoking and nuanced assessment. But you are free to have whatever religious beliefs you want.
In 2020 there were 620,000 abortions. I challenge you to find 62 (one hundredth of one percent) that were done "minutes prior to birth"
Yeah because requiring a 10 yr rape victim to have the baby which could endanger her life is so moral.
Most people base their opinions off of information they have obtained, mine is through the various medical associations that I mentioned and you responded with the highly illuminating retort of “wrong”. But if you are admitting your opinions are based only on how you feel there is nothing else to discuss then I guess.
Please specify, and could you also please look up the percentage of abortions that fall into that category? Thanks.
It's supposed to tell you that if it isn't happening inside your body, it's none of your business. Is that too logical and rational for you? Your arguments on this issue seem purely emotional to me.
There's no mention of AR-15s in the constitution, either, but doesn't the 2nd Amendment cover that? Please read Amendment 4, Section 1 and tell me how that does not apply to women of childbearing age.
The second amendment specifically addresses the issue of bearing arms. Abortion isn’t addressed anywhere even remotely. The 4th amendment has nothing to do with abortion.
What part of "The right of the people to be secure in their persons" do you not understand? How is a woman's uterus not part of her "person"? I can think of no search more fitting description of "unreasonable searches and seizures" than that of a woman's body parts, so please explain how the contents of my uterus is the government's business in the first place.

Why TF should a rape victim be punished more than the rapist? ...because Anti-Choicers don't think rape is such a bad thing ????????
Contriving a fake equivalency doesn't work for me. Abortion is a personal choice, a private decision. Firearm permissiveness is a public matter that impacts society. In a democracy, the will of the People is paramount. Nine months ahead of the first presidential primary of the 2024 election season, many voters, especially women, say candidates’ views on abortion will again be a key issue, and Democrats hold a strong edge over Republicans on the issue, a new KFF Health Tracking Poll finds. Most Americans say they would support stricter gun control laws: poll A majority of Americans in a new poll released on Friday said they would support stricter gun control laws. Sixty-four percent said they were in favor of stricter laws, while 36 percent said they were opposed, the CNN-SSRS poll found. A slightly smaller portion — 54 percent — said that such gun control laws would reduce gun-related deaths in the country, and 58 percent said they believe the government is able take effective action to prevent mass shootings. Some 59 percent in the survey said they were in favor of banning semi-automatic rifles, while 94 percent said they would support taking measures to prevent convicted felons and those with mental health issues from owning guns.
In a Constitutional Republic, my rights are more inportant than public popularity. Self defense is no less important a personal choice than abortion, and the potential consequences are deprivation far higher.
