Well, I'm not sure what the current makeup of federal judges are, but so far some of Biden's major initiatives have been shot down by Federal judges.

I am interested in what causes your fan boy devotion to the Democrats. I am pretty open about why I vote GOP. I am a professional shooter and I despise Democrat attempts to ban normal capacity magazines and some of the weapons I compete and win with. I get tired of being told top one percent tax payers "don't pay their fair share" when people like me pay almost 40% of the income tax and all the death tax.
