Your post indicates you don't understand this, but "gun related" isn't necessary. Any felony conviction, even for non-violent crimes, is a bar against gun ownership.

The young Kyle Rittenhouse is not suffering a major trial over him being under age. Babbitt was not committing a crime. So far no democrat have posted the specific law she would have been breaking. A good way to know she did not commit any crimes is by the fact 3 other cops were with her and she was not arrested by any of them.

There is no way you can claim she was acting legally when she was climbing through a broken window of a locked doorway, so break and enter as for the “three cops with her” I am betting they too have been charged

 

Even if that were a crime she was going to be charged with that didnt make her a deadly threat worthy of being killed.

As to the topic, Kyle was clearly operating in self defense.

 

A boarder is someone who lives in your house. In any case this kid came into a situation that was very heated and ended up killing two people. It will be determined whether or not he was responsible for those two deaths by a jury of his peers.

 

He was attacked by terrorists and defended himself.

There's been some really funny business with the FBI this trial. The prosecution has been cagey about sharing the video with the defense, and the FBI agent appears to believe no one can point a camera at him. It appears to be (rightly, imho) annoying the judge.

If the crime he committed was illegal possession of a gun why are they charging him with criminal homicide?

 

I think he takes full responsibility for the deaths he's never said he didn't shoot anybody question is whether or not the deaths were justified.

The three people he shot either put themselves into or created a heated situation. All the opportunities Kyle had to escalate he chose not to the only time he fired was when he absolutely had to.

 

Most everyone always wants to know if the defendant in any trial is going to take the stand. This is nothing new. And frankly I don't see why he needs to. The evidence is quite clear that this was an act of self defense.

 

Yeah during the defense opening statement the defense attorney apologized for the footage being chopped up and jumping around. Very odd the fbi would edit the footage.
