You KNOW I have been advocating a Russian/American PARTNERSHIP right from the beginning!!!

This Partnership was supposed to begin 12 years ago.

Putin is the one that cancelled the Partnership...not the U.S.

If Putin had not cancelled the Russian/American Partnership that was to begin with developing SIBERIAN INFRASTRUCTURE.....thus using AMERICAN SUPER COLD WEATHER DEVELOPMENT AND DRILLING EXPERIENCE.....in cooperation with RUSSIAN WORKERS.

If this had happened and had not been cancelled by Putin Russia would have MILLIONS OF GOOD JOBS RIGHT NOW!!!

The Russian Economy would be BOOMING.

And the U.S. would not have to be doing what we are doing now.

Now....WHY...do you think Putin cancelled this Partnership?

I will tell you why....because he could not steal and skim profits nor could Putin seize all Private Companes especially those that American Investors would be pumping money into to develop a new market!!

So all that time I and my Team spent in Russia and the Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan and other former Soviet States providing Security for U.S. Military Nuclear, Chemical and Bilogical Weapons Destruction Teams as well as fending off a Terrorist Attack and Plan with members of the Russian Army near TURGAI and IRGIZ as a Group of Islamic Extremists almost achieved a bold plan of seizing a number of SOVIET MADE BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS which the end result was 1 Russian Soldier Dead....16 Russian Soldiers wounded and I came out of it with a small but LUCKY AS HELL the bullet did not strike me 1/2 Inch to the left....and two other Memebers of my Team were wounded....one with a THROUGH AND THROUGH AK-47's 7.62×39mm going right through the outside of the top of his left leg and the other member had a lot of shrapnel in his back from a Terrorist thrown Grenade.

The Russian KID who died I liked very much. His name was младший сержант Misha Golovkin.

No other Nation provides even CLOSE to the amount of AID TO OTHER NATIONS than does the United States and this is not limited to the U.S. Government it also includes Private Company Donations and Public Donations by every average everyday U.S. Citizens as well the Wealthy in the United States help donate massive programs.

The United Nations Hunger, Disease and Clean Water Committtee estimates that the United States ALONE BY ITSELF is responsible for providing enough Food, Water and Medicine to keep over 1.2 Billion People Alive across the Globe!!!

So when you state those things against the U.S....well the U.S. certainly is not perfect......but we as a Nation still do more for the Worlds Populatio than all the rest of all existing Nations combined!!!

And if the neighbors of the CCCP and now Russia were feeling so safe and secure living next door to Russia....WHY....would they all be applying for NATO MEMBERSHIP???

The United States wanted the EUROPEAN'S to agree to allow Russia entrance into NATO after a period of time where Russia had to work on the CRITERIA FOR BECOMING A MEMBER!!!!

We...and when I say WE I am not only talking about the United States but I am talking about myself and my TEAM PERSONALLY as we had spent a LOT of time in Russia over the years working to develop better methods of COMMUNICATION and I was selected to HEAD THS PROGRAM after the near world ending disaster that was Soviet Leader Yuri Andropov who was a dying and delusional Soviet Leader who had his closest advocates in the Soviet KGB, GRU and Military CONVINCED then that the well announced in advance NATO Military Exersize would be a REAL FIRST STRIKE NUCLEAR ATTACK AGAINST THE SOVIET UNION.....and fortunately the CIA, KGB, GRU and NSA were able to assure the Soviet Nuclear Rocket Forces Military Leadership that Andropov was delusional and very sick.

The world came to within about 45 seconds of ending.

Now as of RIGHT NOW.....Putin has burned all his bridges with the European's after Putin seized every large Private Company in Russia who had a lot of money Invested in them by European Nations.

Putin has also alienated CHINA because China gave several Large Putin Controlled State Owned Oil and Natural Gas Companies BILLIONS UPON BILLIONS OF U.S. DOLLARS...in one case $72 Billion for ONE of these Putin Controlled and Owned Russian Companies to dramatically increase Oil Exports to China.

China gave Russia this money as Putin told China that Russia did not have the money to build and set up the extra Drilling Rigs, Pumping Stations and Pipelines necessary to fill the additional Oil China wanted exported.

Putin and his 110 Buddies skimmed about $50 Billion from that one case where China gave Russia $72 Billion for the Oil Export Increase.

Russia is nowhere near fullfilling their end of the agreement as Putin STOLE THAT EXTRA MONEY and as China agreed to pay Russia $120 a Barrel for Oil....China is asking....."WHERE THE HELL IS OUR ADDITIONAL OIL WE PAID FOR AND YOU PROMISED TO DELIVER!!??"

Because of this China was BURNED as well and China is now REFUSING to pay Russia $120 a Barrel of Oil when China can buy Oil from the U.S. and Canada at $59 a Barrel.

Thus....THE ONLY NATION LEFT WHO IS STILL WILLING TO HELP RUSSIA AND WORK WITH RUSSIA TO PROPERLY DEVELOP AND SET UP SUPER COLD WEATHER SIBERIAN INFRASTRUCTURE IS THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.

China does not have the experience or technology to do this ithout massive trial and error thus massive COST OVER RUNS!!

I already told to you several times, in their countries people became poor and as in Western Europe life was better than in Russia, they entered the EU. EU countries enter NATO ''automatically''.

When I and my Team were sent in to be security for American Military Nuclear, Chemical and Biologcal Weapons Destruction Teams when in Russia we were escorted by Russian Military.

Some of these areas back in the day especially the Old Soviet Biological Weapons Storage and Lab sites we ran into a few Groups trying to steal Bioweapons.

In one case a firefight broke out.....and a young Russian Soldier was killed.

I was slightly wounded and so were other Rusian's and American's.

The Old Soviet Bioweapons Labs were abandoned and a COMLETE MESS.

The Russian's did not have either the money or the Tech. to clean them up properly and the CDC was brought in.

If even ONE of those Old Soviet Biological Weapons or warheads had been grabbed....some had Weaponized Small Pox in a String of Pearls Warhead Configuration usually used for VX gas....it could have wiped out half or more of the Russian population.

These were GLASS BALLS under pressure with Biologics inside them.

If even on had broken.....Millions could have died.
