So if killing a baby in the womb, is really just "getting rid of a blob of cells", then why are pictures of dead "blobs of cells" considered graphic in nature and worthy of an arrest?

Lifers care so much about children, yet what if a young child walked past and saw that crap? You want to shove that (*)(*)(*)(*) under your kids noses? That's blody child abuse. Little kids don't need to be exposed to crap like that. It seems that for some, having your kid look at a gay couple kissing is revolting, but having them look at questionable images of abortions, its all okay.

Would you be okay if I held up a big sign outside a church which contained images of gay people kissing? No...you'd be demanding I be removed for promoting 'perversion'. But when it comes to graphic garbage like those fake pictures, its okay?

I have an idea. If the anti choices can prove the images are real, and can explain how the photographer got their hands on it without breaking any laws, then they can hold their signs up all they like. They then, anti choicers can't reveal anything because its common sense that laws are broken in their attempt to obtain these photos.

No, you can't show pleople dead babies, just as much as you are not allowed to parade your ass naked on the street or put offensive bumper stickers on your car/billboard. Sorry to break it to you but the 1st Amendment stops when you start bombarding unsuspecting people with gory insults to their senses.

 

Even if they have consent from the mother and all parties, showing those pictures in public is still a violation of the "non-agression" clause of the 1st Amendment.

1st Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

The people with those pictures have disturbed the peace of the bystanders. The display is squarely illegal by itself to start with.

Now suddenly it's not "just a blob of cells" but a "dead baby" when shown a picture of an abortion. Suddenly abortion becomes "gory and sick".

Have you ever seen eye surgery? Most people consider it totally discussing, should be ban that too based on that?
