Trump has to keep the millions flowing in from MAGAs so he should man-up and take the bullet to keep his coffers overflowing and even give his staffers a raise.
Everything is about money with business man Trump so he'd be missing a great opportunity not going to jail, as a matter of fact he should throw himself on Merchan's mercy and beg him to be incarcerated.

Absolutely disagree. There is no room for 'the good for the County' in any sentencing process.

I suspect there will be in this case. Together with other qualitative aspects.

I have learned to not listen to people who do not know what they are talking about, but that was not in engineering school. That was when it was put to practice.

Where was the collaborating evidence that Trump committed a crime? This whole thing is based on a Lawyer (Cohen) who skimmed $60,000 from Trump and was very upset that Trump did not take him to the White House as part of his team. Robert Costello, a former prosecutor and Cohens Ex-lawyer testified that Cohen lied, and that Cohen had told him that Trump knew nothing about the hush money payments. We don't know what today what crime the jury based their verdict on. This case has so many flaws that it will be overturned. The sad part is that it won't be until after the election unless somehow Trump's lawyers can find a way to fast track it. I don't like Trump but this is criminal what the Democrats and never Trumpers have tried to destroy this guy. A lot like Hillary's and the DNC's phony dossier they ran in 2016.

Should Biden go to jail? Fauci, Brennan, the J6 Committee, the cop who shot Ashli Babbitt? Hunter?

    Indeed.
This felony conviction was not nearly as serious as his unique and historical crime of trying to overturn the election results and keep himself in office.
That encompasses sedition, dereliction of duty and treason, not to mention the more common conspiracy and criminal charges.
In many countries, he would be put to death for what he tried to do when he lost the election.

in Brazil, Bolsonaro is in serious trouble for trying to do the same thing.

This brings up a point. Why does anyone believe the ex-president will be getting more than fines while still in possession of his passport? If this judge bent over backwards any further fro the ex-president he'd be standing on his head. If Ed Sullivan were still alive he'd put him on stage with the guy spinning plates on rods.

No, you might though. If you can refute the following, feel free to do so:

Republicans control 26 of the 50 state delegations, while Democrats control 23, with one delegation (Pennsylvania) being split evenly between the two parties.

Your questions all have assumed premises. It's a fallacy, pseudo debate trick called 'asking a loaded question, or begging the question'. Your premise assumes that these folks have committed crimes worthy of prosecution, let alone having been found guilty of them, which is not a fact, nor an established fact, respectively, which would be necessary for your question to be valid.

You'll have to prove your multiple premises to a degree we can both achieve a meeting of mind, first, and, if you can do that, I will be happy to answer your questions. But, of course, the fact remains I know in advance that you will not be able to do it.

As a general personal policy, I do not engaged loaded questions, given the simple fact that to do so is a fool's errand.

You don't engage questions the accurate answer to which threatens your worldview. Many humans are that way. Don't worry, be happy, pretend Sleepy Joe is legit.

What politicians got away with "crap far worse than" trying to overthrow the government, keeping top secret documents, lying about having them, pressured Raffensperger in Georgia "I just want to find 11,780 votes"...the list goes on and on. Who is comparable? Nobody. The Supreme Six and Judge Cannon are enabling the installation of a dictator because he is of their party.

Alexander Smirnov admitted he was lying about "millions for the big guy."

"Alexander Smirnov, a former FBI informant, has been indicted for allegedly making false statements about President Joe Biden. Smirnov claimed that Biden and his son Hunter accepted bribes from the Ukrainian energy company Burisma. According to the indictment, these claims were fabricated, and Smirnov did not actually meet with Burisma officials as he had asserted." (PolitiFact)

"Supporting the ongoing genocide in Israel"? Is Biden supplying Hamas with weapons to destroy Israel? No, the genocide is now against Palestinians. That is not to excuse what Hamas did in Israel. Netanyahu is going hog wild to stay in power. Trump would encourage that. Trump wants Putin to destroy Ukraine.

You're right, I was looking at numbers of the previous congress and anticipating the next. If the right keeps supporting the convict as they are there will be a large shift and it's the new congress will vote.
