Your denial of objective truths fits seamlessly with the title of the thread.

it is an objective truth that people in the USA are innocent until proved guilty beyond reasonable doubt upon indictment.

So ... of what did Muller prove Trump guilty?

Nothing at all. But he scattered a ton of insinuating breadcrumbs around for the Trump vultures.

why are you sure the "golden shower" story is "preposterous?" it is exactly the kind of sexual perversion that rich metrosexuals with low self esteem compulsives develop in their declining years. russians have always provided such services to their guests, and since the invention of the camera ......

The question at hand, as asserted by RodB, was whether Mueller stated his investigation was not obstructed by Trump. He did not so state. Mueller's report included many instances of obstruction. Four of which met all the criteria for a crime capable of being prosecuted.

Which is why in his congressional testimony Mueller said I did not clear Trump of obstruction of justice.

Mueller is simply blowing smoke up everyone's butt. As I said, prosecutors never ever do that.

You keep flailing in spectacular fashion.

    I. Order to McGahn to deny Trump’s order to fire Mueller

Obstructive act (p. 118): This effort “would qualify as an obstructive act if it had the natural tendency to constrain McGahn from testifying truthfully or to undermine his credibility as a potential witness[.]” There is “some evidence” that Trump genuinely believed press reports that he had ordered McGahn to fire Mueller were wrong. However, “[o]ther evidence cuts against that understanding of the president’s conduct”—and the special counsel lists a great deal more evidence on this latter point.

Nexus (p. 119): At this point “the Special Counsel’s use of a grand jury had been further confirmed by the return of several indictments.” Mueller’s office had indicated to Trump’s lawyers that it was investigating obstruction, and Trump knew that McGahn had already been interviewed by Mueller on the topic. “That evidence indicates the President’s awareness” that his efforts to fire Mueller were relevant to official proceedings. Trump “likely contemplated the ongoing investigation and any proceedings arising from it” in directing McGahn to create a false record of the earlier interaction.

Intent (p. 120): “Substantial evidence indicates that … the President acted for the purpose of influencing McGahn’s account in order to deflect or prevent further scrutiny” of Trump

would qualify as obstruction IF.........SOME evidence....... evidence INDICATES.........substantial evidence INDICATES. The doggie would have caught the rabbit IF he didn't stop to take a dump. Every one of your protestations applies in spades to the 2020 election.

In any case it is not refutation -- in fact ha nothing to do with -- my pot stating the prosecutors never ever exonerate or declare someone innocent.

Try as you might to weasel out of this quote........"Yet he testified under oath to congress that he did not at all experience any obstruction by Trump et al in his investigation"......you have failed.

    E. Efforts to fire Mueller

Obstructive act (p. 87): Former White House Counsel Don McGahn is a “credible witness” in providing evidence that Trump indeed attempted to fire Mueller. This “would qualify as an obstructive act” if the firing “would naturally obstruct the investigation and any grand jury proceedings that might flow from the inquiry.”

Nexus (p. 89): “Substantial evidence” indicates that, at this point, Trump was aware that “his conduct was under investigation by a federal prosecutor who could present any evidence of federal crimes to a grand jury.”

Intent (p. 89): “Substantial evidence indicates that the President’s attempts to remove the Special Counsel were linked to the Special Counsel’s oversight of investigations that involved the President’s conduct[.]”

His conclusion is an unsupported allegation. He was admonished in court for this foolishness. The second half of his report is pure conspiracy theory. Worst part is Horowitz already covered the ground competently. Durham’s final report is for those choosing to remain buried down a nutty rabbit hole.

Speaking of silly arguments, in his report Mueller goes on to spank Billy the Bagman for his bizarre reading of presidential powers. The one his was hired to use as Don's hand picked protector.

The special counsel report also contrasted with the views of the attorney general — and the president’s personal lawyers — in another crucial respect. Last year, months before Mr. Trump appointed him, Mr. Barr wrote a lengthy memo for the administration laying out an argument that it was impossible for Mr. Trump to use the power of his office to illegally obstruct the Russia investigation, no matter his intentions, because he has full authority over federal law enforcement as head of the executive branch.

But Mr. Mueller devoted more than a dozen pages of his 448-page report, which Mr. Barr made public on Thursday with some deletions, to systematically dissect and rebut Mr. Barr’s sweeping theory of executive power, which Mr. Trump’s lawyers had put forward earlier in a more abbreviated form.

Yeah that time he had the lowest unemployment levels for blacks and females was horrible....

And that cheap gas was horrible too.
It really pissed me off that I didn't have to go to the grocery store and spend exorbitant amounts of money on things like eggs.

Those days were just horrible..... I like paying more for everyday goods and services

Exactly.... prosecutors either charge someone or the drop charges for lack of evidence..... Prosecutors don't play judge and jury and "exonerate"... and responsible prosecutors don't spend $50 million tax payer money and then proclaim "oh I could not prosecute a sitting president ( not by any law) but by some lame policy claim"

GAS PRICES? Oh yeah GOP made a deal with Obama to allow exporting of US oil, first time since the 1970's. Then Diaper Donnie got involved

In an April 2 phone call, Trump told Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman that unless the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) started cutting oil production, he would be powerless to stop lawmakers from passing legislation to withdraw U.S. troops from the kingdom, four sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

The threat to upend a 75-year strategic alliance, which has not been previously reported, was central to the U.S. pressure campaign that led to a landmark global deal to slash oil supply as demand collapsed in the coronavirus pandemic - scoring a diplomatic victory for the White House.

DRILL BABY DRILL, SO THE OIL COMPANIES CAN MOVE THAT OIL WHERE THEY GET THE MOST MONEY!

Dec 18, 2015 — The U.S. Congress voted on Friday to repeal the 40-year-old ban on exporting U.S. crude oil in an energy policy shift sought by Republicans

I agree, we should just charge Diaper Donnie with treason and hang him, but it's the US judicial system, go figure :)
