Good morning every body. It seems like it is still springtime hee in Jackson. It is 27 degrees at 4:43 this morning. It should be about 5 to 10 below right now. Oh well I'm not going to complain. Anyway it is now time for everyone to be up and about, so here is your breakfast. Something a little different and good for you.

Started thundering last night about 11 and rained steady all night. Mmmmm, good sleeping, but sure didn't wanna get up. Supposed to rain off & on all day. Not complainin, mind ya... it's in the 50's and we need the water. Could be much worse!!

Yeah, g/f... it's nice to know I don't HAVE to go out and smoke anymore... but I still go out a few times a day with my smoking buds. It's strange that it doesn't bother me to be around smokers. I just suck on my little plastic pacifier and concentrate on the gossip and I'm fine.

Thx for the honesty, Cen. This is my first time to quit... although I don't yet feel like it's forever. It's like the doc said, you REALLY REALLY have to WANT to quit smoking... and I enjoy it too much to say I wanna quit forever.

Not to mention I work with a smoker who's in her 80's and still going strong. Wish quitting came with a guarantee we'd live a long & healthy life... until it does, prob gonna be a lot of us who go back and forth.

For now, I'm a nonsmoker. Sure is a lot cheaper... and I smell better, too.
