    I just got permission to pick up the pallets at the post office. And honestly, I wouldn't know an exotic wood if it jumped up and bit me in the....well you know. I have some wood now I can't identify. It is areal blond wood. I can tell oak and pine .... and poplar....mostly. But when it is rough sawn and dirty...sort by weight I guess.

    We all have our own kink.

    This bar isn't quite the same as the last bar, even with the cigarette burns on the bar top, sticky stuff (I'm not examining it too closely) on the floor, and the rickety chairs at the tables. Too quiet.

    yeah.. took me a while to push my harley up to park out side. had to reinflate the tires at least 4 times..

    BTW.. did you know that 90% of the Harleys ever made are still on the road?







    The other 10% were able to make it home.

    New seed catalogues coming within a month, I am excited.

    I remembered to put my extra seeds into the refrigerator this time, so hopefully some will last longer then one year. I never have luck germinating Blue Lake 274 bush beans two years in a row from the same packet. Even the non-GMO ones.

    Oh.. thnak you,, yeah that's it.. name on the drum set.. i mean.. why would I know anything about a silly little kids cartoon?

    Yes.. but not much of one.. I mean.. what's twenty percent of free? i'd leave a dollar or, perhaps, a gardening tip.

    I must confess that I am late getting my seeds going and into the ground. If I want my winter veggies, I have to get it done. Last year I was on top of this!!

    Ernest Borgnine and Tim Conway. That's why!

    The show started in '99. I don't think either have been dead 10 years. Didn't Tim just die a couple of years ago? Not sure about Ernest.

    Ok, I got inspired - I completely weeded my garden beds. There are actually two tomato plants already growing.

    Will start the seeds tomorrow.
