    I'm a kidding.
    Probably bunch of different ways to make it, I go basic:

    Boil some eggs.
    Mash 'em all up w/some mayo and mustard.
    Spread it on bread, crackers, make a sammich w/it and a nice slice of deli ham.

    I pretty much think of egg salad as deviled eggs all smooshed up so's it can be eaten on bread, crackers, etc...

    Ta. Da.

    (If falena tries to tell you that 'tomatoes' go any where in egg salad, she be lyin' )

    I'm with you kiddo.I fail to notice any salad in any egg salad.A lotta yellow stuff.
    Maybe originally egg salad looked green.
    Cuz I never done seen me no yellow salad either.

    Salads generally have Greens or lettuce in them.
    Egg salad is always yellowish.What kind of salad is yellow.
    Now kindly give a difficult response to complicate my simplicity.

    Hard boiled eggs all smashed up, grated onion, carrots, celery, adobo spice and a little mayo.
    I'm not big on it, but they love it. I refuse to make tuna sandwiches anymore because of nuclear fall out from Japan. I'm like that. lol So I had to go with the farm fresh eggs from a farm in the area.

    Sounds yummy. I love fresh herbs with it, and lighten it up with a bit of sour cream instead of just mayo. Great occasional treat.

    No muffins this week. I bought a few mini eclairs and thats enough of that stuff for the week. Next week Ill make muffins or pizzells. Im keepin' 'em healthy if they like it or not. The longer they live, the longer they have to put up with.....

    I'd love to do chainsaw carving someday. One thing at a time. I still have that flute on my work bench that needs finishing. After this bow Im gonna get some staves to put up to dry, finish that flute and then practice flintknapping to make projectiles/arrows. Why? No idea.

    lol Oh wait..I know why. It was a Texas "pffff' dare from Davey Crockett that motivated me. Louise....! lol

    Then..Im gonna carve something for Valentines Day out of the peach tree we just cut down.
    Anyone got anything to smoke? lol

    Peach wood smoked sausages sounds good. Or, for a less refined offering, ask Angedras for a smoke egg salad recipe. I'm sure he tried that before.

    LOL...go for it! BTW - Davey says not to over-think the math in the bowyer book. Think form and function. The math is for reference after you've finished the bow. He told me a lot more to tell you, but I was already in the "zone" and can't remember the rest of it...LOL I'll get him to type it out for you.

    I don't remember ever trying egg salad before, although I suppose it would be good.

    I like tuna salad, and often make it but my recipe is not the norm, as I don't use mayo. Instead I use spicy brown mustard and add a diced apple to it. Along with celery, onion and garlic, (raisins too, if I have them). The bite of the mustard and sweet of the apple, works for my taste. ...yeah, I know, I'm weird.

    I had chicken salad once, I like it. But I never tried making it myself.

    Okay, unsolicited, unnecessary info. :(
