    Saw on the elevator news this morning that scientists have figured a way to replace some of the fat in chocolate with fruit juice. They say the chocolate tastes a little fruity, but has less than half the calories.

    I say they need to leave chocolate friggin alone. Some things are sacred.

    While that is true, chocolate in combination with certain fruits is fine, but that should be a choice.
    I often make fudge with
    rum/craisins
    orange/hazelnuts
    lime/cayenne
    stuff like that for fundraisers, and its always a hit. Matter of fact, people ask for it. :)
    I tell them 'bring the money, I make the fudge"....lol.
