    Brrrrrrrrrr.......cold in the Ozarks last couple of days. Getting down into the teens tonight. I'm ready to go get the Christmas tree. I'm looking forward to decorating this year. I have a much better outlook this year and I'm going to go with it while it lasts.

    I feel the same way this year, g/f. I've bowed out of buying gifts for EVERYBODY in the family and will only be shopping for a few. Much more manageable and I'm actually looking forward to the holidays this year!

    Brrrrrrr. It isupposed to get down to -7 on thursday morning. That is seven (7) below zero folks. It normally don't get that cold until January. I remember one year it got down to 22 below and stayed there for a week. Now that is cold. I don't know about where any of you live but up here just about everybody has a block heater on their car. It sure helps the starting when it really gets cold as well as it helps the car warm up faster

    That's cold! We got below zero a few times last winter and I didn't like it at all. It just doesn't seem right...LOL

    Heading up to 65° today here. November has been a lovely warmish month for us this time.

    Getting my outdoor lights up this week and the tree up this weekend. And then that's about it. Not too much shopping because we are going to AFRICA in April.


    Christmas should be less hectic this year for sure.

    No, but I have a big smasher, too...LOL I grew up around big, black, fuzzy tarantulas down in West Texas. I know they aren't anywhere near as big as the ones in Africa, though.
