I had some problems earlier, too, but I just thought it was my computer.

My Friday is dragging, too. It's chilly and rainy here today. I'd rather be at home curled up with....a good book...

speaking of books (which I KNOW you weren't!)... started reading Angels & Demons while I was vac. Kept looking over my shoulder... heavy reading for the beach. Who's read it?

In a real-life scary sorta way. Hard to determine how much is fiction and how much is fact. :omg:

Oh, yeah...those are the scary kind. I just finished reading The Lovely Bones, and it affected me kind of the same way. Have you read that? About a 14 year old murdered girl who tells her story from heaven? I couldn't stop reading it, but I had to take breaks from it, too.

I read it awhile ago, I liked it very much! Interesting and a page turner!

Starting to read "My Name is Red" which is a mystery told by various inanimate objects and people. Won the Nobel Prize I think. Hope I can get through it.

That is a very tough read. I don't think I could do it. I watched part of the movie and had a tough time with it.

I was looking at the Weather Channel, it looks like y'all are getting some nice rainy, cool weather up in your area.

If Smartie is lucky, it should start to rain over in the Metroplex late this afternoon or early evening - which means rush hour will suck. But, considering how long they've gone without rain, I don't think they'll mind.

Hey there Mary. Doesn't that talk about kids inhaling food make you wanna drink?

Howdy y'all. Did I smell fried pickles? Yum.

Today's my early release day... so I get off at 3. Let it rain during rush hour -- I'll be home already!!

(Gee thx, Mary... have had 2 database errors since you showed up!)

I wouldn't want to see the movie, after reading the book. It's got a good lesson, if you can get past the disturbing parts.

Yes, the weather here is fairly perfect right now. Little misty showers off and on, and sleep with the windows open kind of weather.

Not 'get' g/f... it's my schedule! In a two-week period, I work 8 nine-hr days and 1 eight-hr day. That's my 80 hrs, so I'm off every other Friday! Today's my short Friday! WOO HOO! I look forward to it nearly as much as my day off!

Not yet, OT. I want some nice fall weather before we head straight into winter. 35 is too close to freezing and I'm not ready to bring my plants inside yet...LOL
