Not everyone is brought here by smugglers. Surely you know this…

The vast majority of people illegally crossing our southern border are smuggled here. The cartels control the border. Surely you know this...

Avocados as well. Driving while stupid is also common where we live. That has nothing do to with the fact that illegal immigration is not a victimless crime.

Already did. Would you like to take the position that illegal immigration is a victimless crime?

False. Gangs compete for territory and our poor border policies allow the expansion of the territory they control.

Gang activity is a separate crime from being here illegally.

Illegally crossing our border doesn’t even make up a majority of those here illegally

I said that. Smoking pot should not be a crime.

I appreciate you admitting it is a crime. When gang members are prevented from crossing into the US, how many people can they harm in the US?

No, you're at risk by having people in your house you don't know.

That's why you have a front door, and that's why we have immigration laws.

Then, of course, you also have the fact that every single illegal alien are themselves victims of the crime of illegal immigration.

Illegal immigration is controlled by the cartels and other various criminal organizations.

    Your entire argument is obtuse.

It's like saying "selling illegal drugs is a victimless crime" based on the status of the drug.

Irrelevant, and with 10 million+ entering in the last 4 years, I doubt that's even true anymore.

The report you are referencing is about 20 years old by now.

Again, adding in other crimes doesn’t make immigration status is a crime.
If we keep people from smoking pot, how many will drive after smoking pot? Same logic.

People illegally crossing our border are the people being targeted by the Texas immigration law. That's kind of the whole point.

Opening a strangers door and walking in creates a victim? How?

How will they know if someone illegally crossed vs overstaying a visa?

Walking in an unlocked door isn’t breaking in, but it would be trespassing

Maybe because they're patrolling the border and picking up people walking through the desert with their belongings?

    Yes, approximately 10 million.

The only place illegals are deported to are other US states from where they are encountered.

Leftists are back to pretending this isn't happening. I say we keep giving them more of what they want.

Let the illegals flow baby. We just need more busses to send them to their democrat protectors.

That’s just not true. Most picked up for crossing illegally are sent back.

    No, it's breaking in.

    https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/breaking_and_entering

Breaking and entering is defined as the entering of a building through force without authorization. The slightest force including pushing open a door is all that is necessary.

They are. Many are requesting asylum which a judge prevented Biden from denying them.

You already admitted otherwise. Thats why you are trying to claim that it is a "victimless crime" and that position is being destroyed by several forum members.

Are all illegals in gangs? If they’re not your argument is ridiculous.

No they're not. That is as much a lie as "the ones released into the US are being tracked".

There is zero control over the US border, by design of the Democrat party.
