Well no forced vasectomy isn’t enumerated so I guess it’s on the table?

The Constitution makes it clear that we have unenumerated rights as well.

You're worried about the political impact this decision could have on Republicans aren't you?

Well you're right to be afraid.

If this is true, I predict this will be devastating for republicans at election time. I suspect this leaked document is a trial balloon by the court. If so, and there is an uproar, and there will be an uproar, from loudspeakers on rooftops across america, they might shy away from it, we'll just have to wait.

congratulations republicans, now, be prepared to be voted out of office. I can't wait.

    No. Voters shouldn’t decide.

I agree, and we certainly do. I happen to not believe that killing babies is one of those unenumerated rights. YMMV.

Because the choice should not be denied to anyone. No state should be able to deny their women the right to choose. It is essentially a human rights issue and yet we know some Republican state governments would ban all abortions in their state if they had the chance. Can't let that happen.

Why not? if states rights means anything it should mean that the people of a state have a right to govern their state the way they see fit.

We should give a vasectomy to all boys when they hit puberty. They can have it reversed when they are in a committed relationship. Bam. Problem solved.

Supreme Court has not voted on anything yet. This is a leaked Opinion from the Supreme Court on the Mississippi Law. Second, the opinion is probably not Roberts, but someone else, maybe Alito. However, they still need to deliberate said opinion and vote at some point. Thus, it is still up in the air.

    https://www.politico.com/news/2022/...ure of a draft,is a highly unusual occurrence.

That's good for a laugh, thank you. But you mean vasectomy because circumcision in no way prevents impregnation. And uh vasectomy, if I have my facts correct, is difficult at best to reverse.

I think you are forgetting that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Maybe it is time to let these little red states get off the Fed's budget altogether? Who knows where this pinball will land.

Yes. I’m sure you are drooling with happiness that women will go back to the ally for abortions and die at an alarming rate. Real cause for celebration there. Break out the bubbly.

Read the ruling, there isn't a right. Why don't you want the people to decide?
