Surrendering Control of Wombs to Politicians is a very bad idea.

Yes, I am. Biden's unconstitutional vaccine mandate immediately comes to mind.

Obama's individual mandate also trampled on the individual's right to self proprietorship.

I trust, like myself and the gentleman in my signature, that you find these usurpations just as objectionable as the one depriving women of control over their bodies. You and I and every other American have a right to bodily autonomy, in part and whole.

"My Body, My Choice" all the time, not sometimes.

Politicians aren't the only problem here, either.

The Founders wrote the Bill of Rights in order to affirm, reserve and secure our inherent and inalienable rights against anyone and everyone who would encroach on those rights, including our fellow citizens. In other words, rights are not subject to the whims of public officials and "the mob" (voters), nor should they be subject to the whims of public officials and voters, which is another mistake Alito & Co. made in the Dobbs ruling.

Who was arrested and prosecuted for failing to respect the health and well-being of others by refusing to protect himself and others from succumbing to communicable, deadly diseases? Are you channelling Typhoid Mary?

Of course, it is the responsibility of politicians to publicly advocate sound medical practice. To do otherwise would be woefully remiss.

So women can't choose to not have an abortion?

Ah, so you're one of those Faux Choice types who followed the politics instead of the science and thought it was perfectly acceptable for a politician to violate people's rights to self-proprietorship and bodily autonomy, as well as the Constitution of the United States, based on the lie that forcing people to take the vaccine would halt the spread of the virus?

Did you also support forcing people to purchase health insurance or pay a penalty that was unconstitutionally transformed into a "tax"?

Needless to say, advocacy is one thing and violating people's right to self-proprietorship is another. The decision to take the vaccine is best and rightfully left to individuals and their doctors where it belongs, not to politicians and their supporters in the media.

Of course they can but that doesn't matter to the pro abortion crowd.

??? -- why do you claim I have tried to refute the fact that most Americans Support Roe V Wade ? --- My pro choice arguments are far better than yours Natty ..

The impotence of your Strawman fallacy is blatant along with deflection from the fact that it is your support for bad law violating "my body my choice" opening the door for misuse in taking away reproductive and other freedoms related to bodily integrity.

The real blatant impotence here is your inability to refute the reality of this authoritarian police state fascism.

You sure seem to support righties quite often around these parts. I figured you would have an answer to that.

    Sorry to disapoint.
Both because I'm apparently more conservative than you like and that I don't speak for them.

You don't seem able to document anyone ever being arrested for refusing to respect medical expertise and taking sensible precautions to avoid being infected by and spreading the coronavirus.

When do you believe it was made a crime?

And if someone doesn't tolerate something you do? If someone isn't kind? What do you think should happen to that person? Do you think they should lose their job? Have any consequence what so ever?

Me? I don't care what people think about me.

Are you trying to pry some sort of cancel culture attitude out of me? Sorry, but you're going to come up empty on that. I am one of those who thinks that no one should be fired just for expressing their opinion. If I say something mean to someone, I apologize, and that's done. If someone says something mean to me, I may point it out, but I don't expect an apology because so few of us have the guts or the personal honor to own our ****.

Does that answer your question? Or were you merely baiting me?
