Read the trial transcript. I knew that obviously Russia was involved one second after I heard that the civilian airliner was shot down. Russia is who started the war using and helping the separatist traitors plus Russia sent Russian troops into Ukraine claiming that they were volunteers. It is an act of war to send troops into a sovereign country. Shooting down a civilian airliner is terrorism and a war crime in this case.
It is a universal truth that Russian is a state sponsor of terrorism and has been over it’s entire solid history.
The truth has been spoken and I spoke the truth.

 

Except that in the case of MH17 the US has never provided any facts that amount to evidence. It has made endless claims but failed to support any of those claims with facts or evidence.

All the facts and evidence show the plane was brought down by AAM and cannon fire.

Russia didn't shoot down MH17 if that's what you're trying to say. 2 fighters based in Ukraine shot down MH17. Most likely the purpose was to punish Malaysia that cooperated in the tribunals that convicted Bush & Co and also Israel for crimes against humanity. And of course to frame Russia for the crime.

What did you expect Putin to do about the missile given to Ukraine .. or Biden about blowing up the Nord .. Lying is the prime directive in such circumstances.
