Why didn't they take them all back in June then?

 

The president doesn't need approval to declassify most documents, that doesn't mean that there isn't a process to go through to have the document declassified. How else would anyone know it is declassified?

It makes all the difference in the world. Try to maintain some semblance of objectivity by using logic.

 

You have to prove that and that is not in the least bit likely with search warrants.

Those documents would be the automatic documents that can be declassified, which is not the type of documents that Trump had.

there are two broad-based types of documents for declassification, automatic and exempt. Anything that is classified above a certain level, like TSSCI is in the exempt category.
