I am sure no prisoner of Guantanamo had their balls cut off or were sliced with knives as part of their interrogation. I don't know if any were flat out murdered like the Russians have done to many prisoners.

 

As far as I read they used water boarding, according to e.g. Murat Kurnaz, who was kept there, one prisoner he knew there was beaten so bad, that a leg had to be amputated afterwards. There were more and more restrictions added, but in its early time you could imo refer to Guantanamo as a torture camp. The same goes for Abu Ghraib, etc. There have been human rights violations of US forces in many wars you could refer to as war crimes and I would do so.

However, I cannot see US politics of ethnic cleansing and genocide how its done by Russia in the Ukraine right now. As the Iraq is often given as a reference, the US never invaded Iraq to purge it from its population and integrate it as US territory. They didnt try to systematically take babies from their Iraqi mothers and bring them into the US to raise them as Americans to make Iraqis disappear as an ethnicity. They didnt try to force their language on them. They didnt systematically and indiscriminately kill Iraqi POWs and civilians alike. Those incidents which occurred were later on subjects of prosecution.

 

If you're talking summary execution, then NATO is the worst culprit. Most detainees are shot in the head without the need for interrogation, much akin to ethnic cleansing. Whistleblowers have attested to this practice

You are a fool if you think they only target the mythical "far right" (which apparently now means anyone not a communist) because they target everyone with their disinformation campaigns. The "far left" has been their primary target for decades especially the idiots in the green movement.
