The culmination of all those true Believers makes up what is called the "Body of Christ". Sure, denominations have their specialties it seems, but most do not call for division. If you ever recall Jesus with the Samaritan woman at the well she asked Jesus,"you Jews worship in Jerusalem and we worship on this mountain....which is right?" Jesus replied, "there will come a day when we only worship in Spirit and in Truth". This explains todays Church, the Body of Christ.
Jesus came to serve, and by doing that He submitted to the ritual He would have us desire to do in remembering we must die to self and be born again.

The problem with your math is that Jesus arose early on Sunday morning. There's just no way you can fit three days and nights in that time slot (if he died on Friday) according to Matthew 12:40 "For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” Saying only partial days are counted is not an honest approach to what Scripture actually says here. I contend it only makes sense if he died on Wednesday, not Friday.
Time is definitely man's domain. Without it our life would be meaningless, having no point of reference for all our memories. God, however, is not bound by time, existing outside its domain and purpose.
Time marches on, but not without some control from us. Otherwise schedules would never work. In a sense, though, you're right.
