I don't care what era Title 42 comes from, it was working to a degree and could still be in effect. When we changed administrations we changed the entire purpose of our border patrol functions. Today job 1 is to assist the invaders in getting admitted to this country that is the Biden policy and it isn't going to change until this administration is out of power. The only policies the administration has used that are to some degree effective are the Trump policies that Biden reversed on day 1.
