Yes he will, there's no constitutional prohibition on being a convict. He would not even be constitutionally barred if he was going to be in prison for the entire term.

 

There are prohibitions for felons in states that print the ballots.

 

Biden should elaborate on what he means by his "real governor" comment, and he should provide evidence of outcome-changing fraud if he believes that fraud changed the outcome of that race.

I don't condemn Trump for his comments, and see no reason to do so. Trump has provided sufficient evidence of fraud and has sufficiently shown that said fraud changed the outcome of his race.

Biden has not done that.

 

How is he planting seeds for the conspiracy defense? The article makes the claim multiple times, but I couldn't find anything specific in it. It continually implies he's done / doing so, but fails to actually give out any specifics.

The voter fraud has nothing to do with the primaries. He's setting up the same fallback that he did in 2020 for the general election.

I just love how Democrats vilify and condemn in their predictions about the future. There is no proof about the future yet because it doesn't exist. Its so easy for Democrats to accuse when there are no FACTS.

I would be one of those. I have voted for Republicans (Bush Jr. first term) but since then the right has gone off the deep end which is why I don't vote for them nationally.

You are the perfect example of what you're talking about. You insist that the 2020 election was infested with fraud yet there has been no proof of such a thing. Sure, there was the "normal" amount but nothing very large. The 2016 election was definitely influenced by a foreign country but you deny that fact. How many people didn't vote for Clinton because she was eating babies in a pizzeria or that her health had her near death or BENGHAZI!! and hundreds of other nonsense. We will never know....but it happened.
