400 initially, then FEMA sent 4000 more because downstate New York is in crisis, leaving other states short for the moment. New York has not had one single day so far when a patient needed a ventilator and did not get one. The state still has a surplus.

Obama bashed Fox News consistently throughout his reign in office. The only difference is that Republicans only have Fox. Democrats have dozens of media outlets for a president to bash.

That's the problems with hoarders. Most states tried asking for 10k to 20k. Cuomo asked for 30,000, then one week later, for 50,000.

It was DiBlasio's job to plan and prepare for an unexpected health crisis in New York City.
If he failed, it was the county's health department's job to prepare for all the cities in that county.
If the city mayor and county health fail to do their jobs, it is the state governor's job to plan and prepare for failed cities/counties.

The last ditch effort is that the U.S. government will step in and save those who fail. That's who we are. That's what we're doing.

New York has most of the resources in the country right now.

How many tests and what's the population, # of big cities and their respective density. Compare the city of New Orleans to whatever the largest city in British Columbia is.

The mayor of New Orleans, Mayor LaToya Cantrell, screwed up royally when she allowed Mardi Gras to continue. John Bel Edwards screwed up "bigly" by not overruling her decision.

Were any big events which would attract global tourism to British Columbia held there in the last 2-3 months? I'm guessing no.

 

Because Obama was a decent guy. He didn't go on tweetstorms savaging people. That wasn't Obama's style. For the last three years, Obama has somehow avoided the urge to bash Trump publicly. I couldn't have done that. It's just not in my character to stay quiet long.
