Read up on Lieberman.. In 1998 he wanted to bomb the Aswan Dam.. in 2004 he wanted to drown all Palestinian prisoners in the Dead Sea and offered to supply the buses.

I would favor Avigdor Lieberman as a US president over Palin, since Lieberman would do a much better job of completely destroying the republican party that he would then be representing. The only problem with that is that he would destroy America along the way too. Palin, on the other hand, would just look really silly, but such would only strengthen the republican party when tends to favor unlogical logic.
