Your theory falls apart in face of the fact that the police kill more whites than blacks. And your characterization of critical race theory is your own, not what is promoted in academia. You seem to believe that systemic racism causes individuals police to act individually in racist ways. CRT views any system that results in a racial disparity to be systemic racism. Kendi's example of a capital gains tax cut as being systemic racism. Simply because fewer blacks have capital gains is a good example. Or voter ID laws because 96% of whites have ID while only 94% of blacks do.

Im pretty sure most everything these police did was against their training and policies. True the training they do receive advocates the use of force too liberally. What Chauvin did, with a knee to the back of his neck, is a tactic police are trained to use.
I think this and a lot of police over use of force is from "contempt of cop". A perp denies their authority and it really pisses off the cops and their training goes out the window. Cops in theis incident were heard on the radio expressing that they hope the perp receives a proper beating when caught.

 

I was not discussing this latest incident. I never comment on developing news stories involving crime. Honestly I don't even read much about it until the second or third week. The added hype adds to the incentive of media to print half baked and under sourced stories. The stories are so frequently wrong or speculative simply to get a story out there each day to catch the publicity wave.
