Funny how that land was never rightfully belonged to Mexico in the first place. But don't let that fact get in the way.

The Mexicans stole the land from the Spanish. The Spanish stole the land from the Navaho, Hopi and a host of other American Indians. The Mexicans don't have clean hands.

Why shouldn't Americans have that privilege, when Mexico has been robbing America blind (>$50 Billion/year for years).

I actually asked that question tongue-in-cheek. But your answer is real good.

Uh... Mexicans used the system as it was more or less designed. The idea of freedoms etc etc is a core part of the US and should be maintained. If you want to discriminate by adding clauses that freedoms are not allowed for certain types of people, then yes you "go back on it", but I really doubt that will happen. We try so hard to bring freedoms etc to other nations, and then remove it from our own. The world, and most of the US, will not like it.

You can't blame MExicans for using our system as it is allowed to be used. We have to blame ourselves for allowing the system to be created by ourselves. There is nobody else to blame.

Make sure you can really shoot him DEAD, otherwise you will be stripped of everything that is valuable at gunpoint.

Then your fate is no different from Mexico or any other defeated nations that are forced to sign unequal treaties at gunpoint.

The US, like other Western imperial powers, claim to practice freedom and democracy, but they would not practice such values to any defeated nation whenever they have a chance to acquire territories or concessions. After the war, did the US hold any election or referendum in Mexico to get permission or consensus from the Mexicans to strip Mexico of its lands?

I grew up in the middle of an area that had multiple Indian reservations. I have spent a lot of time with Indian friends on those very reservations. I think an argument could definitely be made that land was stolen from the Indians. However, I have never met an American Indian that considered himself or herself to be a Mexican.

The United States stole no land from Mexico. Despite winning the Mexican-American War we paid Mexico for every acquisition of their former territory.

    Uncle,

You should be the spokesmen for the captive peoples of Tibet and Xinjiang.

Friend, the word duress comes to mind. After their military defeat the Mexicans still refused to sign the treaty. It took another year of naval blockade before the pretend Aztecs signed the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo.

Don't get me wrong. I have no use for Mexico or Mexicans. But I refuse to lie to myself.

    My dear obedient nephew,

I am the spokesman for all the oppressed people in the world, including the so-called Native Americans and anybody else who has everything stripped off by robbers and bandits at gunpoint. Get it?

    Uncle,

If your post is true then I am more Han than you are. You have allowed Taoism to become externalized. Externalization of Taoism brings it into conflict with Confucianism. This upsets the natural order of things.

I completely agree with both numbers 1 & 2. Everyone has to admit there is a problem; If penalties for employers included confiscation of the business and criminal charges, that in and of it self would severely cut back on illegal immigrants coming into the country and the existing ones would leave for the greener pastures of Mexico or whatever country they came from.

I agree except that on Fox News they had an expert saying that 71% of all people on at least one welfare program are illegal aliens. If they were all kicked off of welfare, the money saved would pretty much balance the budget according to the expert on Fox News. All illegals need to be kicked off of welfare. They also stated that trying to balance the budget by cutting social security would then be unnecessary. I was in a social security office today and I was very disturbed to see that almost everyone in the building was way under 60 and obviously there for disability. Social Security funds have been illegally used for disability for years and it should all be ceased. I worked hard for my social security and they do not have the right to tell me I can't have a combined income of social security and work that exceeds $26000 per year. I paid a fortune into it and older recipients paid little into it. I am entitled to earn as much as I want to on Social Security. The illegals who live better than I do are entitled to nothing and yet they are bankrupting this country and supplying the Democrats with votes as welfare cheats and illegal voters. May God judge all who have been involved in stealing our Social Security and taking away our rights!

This is the disrespect many Hispanics show for the nation that has opened its heart and given them sanctuary.

When a non-Mexican lives in the US surrounded by illegal aliens from Mexico one comes to hate them.

They probably could, actually. Obama has admitted that the Federal government is "incapable" of protecting the southern border.
