What is a "black job" ?

yeah we hear all the time about how many blacks are in poverty even though there are more poor white folks than there are blacks of all income levels in the USA. What have the Democrats done to help blacks over the years that justify a 90% voting support record? Democrat programs are why black rates of illegitimacy skyrocketed-before the GREAT SOCIETY idiocy, blacks had higher rate of two parent families than whites. that all changed with the program designed to pander to blacks.

I believe he thought he could win over the convention crowd with his comment. Afterall, that would be the audience who should be concerned. But as I've already stated - he hadn't thought it through and didn't have a good response (or any) when asked for clarification.

He's referring to any jobs that illegal aliens can have that black people could also have, which are any jobs that illegal aliens could have that anyone could have. A 'black job' is a job that's available for people living in a predominantly black community. Currently (and historically) there is a shortage of those jobs, black communities need more of them.
