That sounds like a nice charity venture. Good luck. Let me know, and I'll send you a check.

Great! Send your check to Kamala, Corey, Bernie, Gillibrand, Mayor Pete ... or any of the candidates who have supported it.

Nah, I don't feel like it. But I'm sure others of your ilk will contribute lots of money to this campaign of yours that you think is so important.

"There are two fundamentally opposed means whereby man, requiring sustenance, is impelled to obtain the necessary means for satisfying his desires. These are work and robbery, one's own labor and the forcible appropriation of the labor of others. Robbery! Forcible appropriation! These words convey to us ideas of crime and the penitentiary, since we are the contemporaries of a developed civilization, specifically based on the inviolability of property. And this tang is not lost when we are convinced that land and sea robbery is the primitive relation of life, just as the warrior's trade – which also for a long time is only organized mass robbery – constitutes the most respected of occupations. Both because of this, and also on account of the need of having, in the further development of this study, terse, clear, sharply opposing terms for these very important contrasts, I propose in the following discussion to call one's own labor and the equivalent exchange of one's own labor for the labor of others, the 'economic means' for the satisfaction of needs, while the unrequited appropriation of the labor of others will be called the 'political means.'" -- Franz Oppenheimer

I suggest to take away your health insurance and let you pay full price, like we do.

Heret is a problem, there is absolutely no need to have insurers. Health insurance is an absolute nonsense, but somehow you want them to stay and steal money from my pocket.

You actually stealing my money, because your insurance is subsidized by the government.

What? I don't care if they steal from you. And nobody is forcing you to buy it, though Obama and the Dems tried.

If anyone tries to steal from you, call the cops.

No, you're not, LOL. You were sure he was a Russian agent. The "hilarious" Colbert said he was fellating Putin.

Mueller basically said "Uh, no, we have no evidence of that."

I don't listen to radio. I watch your friends on MSNBC and CNN. They are funny.

Home ownership is subsidised. the national parks are subsidized. Food is most certainly subsidised, from the farmer to limiting imports, economic protection beyond measure for all sorts of industies, hell even the oil industry gets subsidies, Respect for your person is guaranteed in the bill of rights. How can anyone impart dignity to another person, dignity can only be expressed by yourself. Are people supposed to be against these things? and which ones?

Here's a serious question. Do you think we owe anything to each other in exchange for this "Medicare for all?" I don't mean taxes, though there is that issue of course ... I mean ditching sugar, reducing carbs, and exercising. Or is healthcare service and meds an unqualified an unlimited right with no correlative obligation whatsoever?

In theory, I kind of like the idea of Medicare for all. But we are obese in the USA. It's right at 40%. Over 50% are "merely" overweight.

    https://www.cdc.gov/obesity/data/adult.html

It is selfish to maintain a diet rich in sugar, calories, and saturated fats, to eschew exercise, and then expect those who do eat their vegetables and exercise to subsidize one's inevitable bypass operation, need for medication, etc. I think it's an insane policy, unless and until we slim down. And of course, we will not.

It's reached the point where I can't think of much that the Left does not want subsidized.

Everything is already subsidized including things that the left does not want subsidised like agri business and the oil and defense industries. Please tell me what are tax credits? Why is investment income taxed at 15% and earned income taxed at 30%?

I don't know, and I don't support all of that. I'm trying to get an idea of where the lines should be drawn.
