    Allegedly, he said this was done in remembrance of Him. Nobody barbequed Jesus on the cross.

    Besides, it's just a way for priests to get a buzz on a Sunday morning.

    Joseph of Arimathea was a believer and he got Jesus's corpse so that he could bury him in his tomb. Since Joe wanted eternal life he had the corpse for dinner, which was why the tomb was empty.

    Most every human on earth wants the same basic things.
    Food, shelter, clothes, love or the feeling of being wanted and needed.
    Everything else is just fodder to make people upset about something.

    Has to be dark chocolate.
    When I was younger, milk chocolate, but now that's too much sugar. So all dark chocolate. Sorry, I left that out. My bad.

    OK.... I think that I somewhat see your point because by 1990 I could no longer remain
    with The Worldwide Church of God because I could no longer go along with their
    Soul Sleep teaching!

    I also could not move over to The Philadelphia Church of God because I could no longer
    associate Mr. Herbert W. Armstrong with the final Elijah due to Mr. Armstrong having died in
    January of 1986 and.....
    we had thought that whoever was the final Elijah might be one of the two witnesses of the Book of Revelation.

    The To Do List for the final Elijah is pretty intense......
    frankly......
    almost "Messianic???"
