I was aware of the HEPA, but, wondered about the 9 people close enough for me to touch while seatbelted. It seems to me like if they are shedding virus that I might being exposed to it before it goes through the filter.

I went N95, hand sanitizers, no coffee/food/liquids until back out in open air.

Hopefully information I won't need, and that my doctor does along with if I do.

 

I have always thought of planes as “flu incubators” they say the air conditioning has been improved but I still think the only safe place is out on the wings

As you are probably aware Australia is a two tier system. Mostly public but if you want free TV and wine with your meals go Private. A lot of Doctors work in both. When my father was dying I could not fault the care and support we got in a private hospital but if I was critical I would opt for public all the way. We too have to pass accreditation and that can be problematic with the more rural and remote facilities who simply do not have the infrastructure due to the fact they are SMALL. We even still have single nurse stations dotted around the country. And that is my biggest gripe with a public system - the resources can tend to be concentrated in the areas closest to the capital cities where bureaucrats think that you can just get a helicopter from Broome to Perth

You can use some deductive reasoning.
If number of deaths has increased in 2021 despite all magic vaccinations that only means that vaccines do not work.
What is point of the vaccines if does not really help people to fight virus?

Sigh... it's tiresome.
One posts some sarcasm and humor... then explains better in subsequent posts... and needs to keep responding to people who react to the original post of the thread with a knee-jerk.

Not because of the sarcastic humor. That, I stand behind. Not because of the content of the post. But rather, because of how people can't bother themselves with reading more of the thread before they criticize.

 

That is correct, the point is to scare people with "iron lung" to implement "iron fist".

 

Why can't the hospitals and regular medical facilities treat the unvaxxed? After all, they are vaxxed and masked so they have nothing to worry about, right? Why are the left OK with masked and vaxxed people spreading the virus but the unmasked and the unvaccinated are not allowed to spread the virus? That's the deal. The masked and the vaccinated spread the virus. Why is that OK?

 

WOW! Discrimination due to political beliefs. Sounds a lot like Russia or China. As long as I pay my health insurance, it's none of their business whether I'm vaxed or not. All they need to know is if I'm Covid Positive or Negative and treat me for what ever ailment I came in for.
