I've been giving the matter some thought. Clearly, there is a plethora of morons in DC. Many politicians say stupid things. Of course, if you or I were followed around with a microphone, I'm sure many of us would be caught in a bad moment.

But there is one politician who consistently comes to mind when it comes to absolute STUPIDITY.

Hank Johnson. This man is so (*)(*)(*)(*)ing stupid, he thinks Guam will capsize if we put too many people there. To me, this moron exemplifies stupidity. I mean really, who here, that is beyond second grade, would think islands are just floating around the ocean and subject to capsizing?

What makes it even funnier is that this moron actually thinks he's asking an intelligent question. Of course, when a moron is so dumb that he thinks he's smart, it's added humor.

Oh and a quick shout out to the military officer being questioned. He managed to handle the situation quite gracefully. In reality, this moron Hank Johnson should have been ridiculed out of office.

LOL... yep, 537 to be exact. Well, probably many more when we count goons like Janet Napolitano and her ilk.

If you include all of Washington I assure you that finding a winner would be impossible. In any party, in any office, in any department, in any agency, you will find candidates.

Here's one of Johnson's senior staffer's graphical rendition of the technical details.

If we'd get rid of all the cars and trucks we wouldn't have this global warming causing the poles to melt and antarctic ice to break off and make the shark want to avoid the ice thus causing too many Guamish people to walk over to one side of the island so they could watch the dam shark trying to escape all that ice and tip the freekin island!!!

It's one more example of how conservatives with cars are destroying the world.

Wasn't it obummer who said there were 57 states in America? And wasn't it also obummer who repeatedly mispronounced Marine Corps, and this coming from a guy who has been labeled the commander-in-chief of our military? Say what?

What a total doof! Reminds me of some black group whining about a greeting card from Hallmark. They claim the audible card mentioned "black whores", when any fool with ears (except perhaps John Wiley Price) can hear it says "black holes".

If such a term is something to whine about, I submit to you life is grand for blacks in America.

Actually, he talked about a Navy CORPSE man- same mispronunciation, though.

Of course, Barack Obama is the first president to propose we give a child with asthma a breathalyzer, too. :)

This reminded me of what BS there is in DC. When someone proposes that an island may capsize due to overloading, they should be immediately called for being a moron, unfit to hold office, and show bow their head as they run away to sign their resignation letter.

I wish they would recreate this scene except the cast from the Big Bang theory would make the statement.

Without a doubt, it's Hank Johnson. The Guam story alone is enough to convict him on those charges.

One wonders how the voters keep putting them back in. I can understand the odd clanger and miss speaking. But this guy really seems to believe an island can tip over because of an excess of US personnel

You are really on to something here. If you or I were followed around with a mic 24/7, I'm pretty sure we'd be caught saying things that could be used against us. People misspeak, we all do. However, sometimes we begin to see a pattern of stupidity. Or in Hank Johnson's case, sometimes we see a politician display a level of ignorance a third grade science class would make fun of.

Actually it is his style of humor and he was being facetious. Louis Gohmert is the dumbest.

Yeah right, the guy makes the same Freudian slip-up some 5 times in the same speech. I'm sure that Freudian slip and the 57 states comment would never had happened had he been exposed to a teleprompter and an interpreter there to help him through the rough spots.
