P.S. I don't know if you realize this, but about 70 years ago they invented a thing called a micro-fisch that vital records are photographed and stored. Kind of old school, but it still works well.

 

It is a federal crime to destroy vital records. Whom did you speak with in Hawaii to confirm you are perfectly correct in your false assertions?

 

My brother tried to get his childhood medical records from the hospital in Arabia.. and he was sent a form saying were they were being stored at Iron Mountain.

Call your local hospital and ask them what they do with their 50 year old paper records..

The original may be stored, but a copy is accessible on micro-fisch, or digitally. So it can be viewed and printed, exactly as originally hand written with all signatures and vital statistics. Do you understand now?

Call your local hospital and ASK where they keep paper birth records from 50 years ago.......

Its EASY.. Just pick up the phone, and ask for "Medical Records".

So, to recap here: I've provided the official govn't website from hawaii stating they ONLY issue COLB's, and I also supplied an email exchange between myself and the public information staff at the DoH which confirms it.

In December, 2010, the night before the start of the kangaroo-court martial for (LTC) Dr. Terry Lakin, we were eating pizza around his kitchen table and discussing the case. Terry brought out his daughter's Certification of Live Birth, almost identical to the one posted on the internet for Obama. There were some notable differences the most notable was that the seal of Hawaii was not the same. The seal on Miss Lakins had two outer rings and one inner ring. Between the rings were 6 (?) stars and the words "State Of Hawaii" were set into the seal.

We then accessed the third rendition of the COLB for Obama that finally had the proper seal. It has ONE outer ring and one inner ring, there was one less star than Lakin's and the setting "State of Hawaii" had a lower case "o" in the word "of".

Terry requested a certified copy of her Hawaiian long form birth certificate by phone from his former duty station at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. He was told by the Department of Health, Honolulu, Hawaii that they would process his request, but due to the Obama controversy, he must make the request in person with his proper identification.

Now rahl, and TD_Shive and Margot and SFJeff and a few other notable Deniers on this forum have claimed that a Hawaiian long form birth certificate is not available or that these vital records have been destroyed and can never again be accessed.

I think there is a lot there an attorney could pick a part, it's very difficult to argue such Constitutional laws. If it were so, a statement would have been issued by now to end it and there would not have been the attempts at court.

I think you did a real good job though, you make a compelling case. Also, why don't the courts just say this to avoid the attorneys seeking the BC? Personally I think any decent Constitutional attorney would fight it.

Remember Arizona and others are looking to change how proof is being presented, why would they bother?

As with anything, people will only pay attention to the evidence that supports their position. The court system is interesting in the fact that the until somebody can make a compelling case that Obama wasn't born in Hawaii, which they haven't, no lawyer or court will rule on the fact that even if Obama were born outside of the U.S. he is still a natural born citizen.

You have only proven that you can type up a few fake emails without any substantiating official's name. It was an automatic response from the HDoH.
