Nor have you cited what law you are talking about.

Nor have you ever identified anyone in Hawaii you have spoken too.

So call Hawaii- give us the name of the person who tells you that the Hospitals have all of their birth records since 1962.

And the name of the person who says you can obtain a copy of an original birth certificate.

I never understood why someone has to be american born to be president. That's kind of like how King's and Queens had to have royal blood (after many years they became inbred and mentally retarded). But I believe the founding fathers did this to keep a British citizen from climbing up the ranks to president just to attempt to ruin the system. I think it should be changed, but no way 2/3rds of congress would vote to change the constitution for that.

Here is the deal, they do it for a very good reason. They want to make sure that the President has no other allegiance either known, or unknown to ANY other country or people. Now suppose for a moment, just suppose...that Obama really was not born here, and had a deep down resentment for the Brits, because they gave his country ''Kenya'' a very difficult time in history. Well if things came up with Britain he may still hold these bad feelings toward them and not have the Countries best interest in mind. Situations like this could be very real in many instances..
It is very important he be a natural born citizen....follow?

There are many people of influence that feel the wealth of America should be divided throughout the world. Now many of these are obviously not born in America, do you think it would be smart to have one of them as President?,,,I dont...

W....T....F? Do you see how it says natural born citizen OR a Citizen. What is the point of highlighting it says "at the time of adoption of the Constitution?" Claiming it only applied when the adoption happened means it doesnt apply at all anymore.

Also look at the time frame given. The person must be a resident for 14 years. That means an immigrant who achieves citizenship and has live in the US for fourteen years is qualified. You guys are falsely claiming it says one must be born in the US. It clearly gives two conditions that would apply to obama:

Be a natural born citizen or a citizen.

Residency in the US for fourteen years.

Any immigrant who is a citizen with 14 years residency is qualified which makes swarzzenegger qualified to

Clearly Jingle is excluded. Seriously we will need to be doing some seriously in depth family checks of candidates in the future to make sure they have no family living in any foreign country....
