Why prostitution and “sexual tourism” are bad?

Not sure what you mean, but if you mean that the elites maintain a desperate class of people who are willing to get into prostitution because they are poor and/or have no other job, then the same can be said for a hundreds of other unpleasant and low paid jobs.
Let alone that prostitution is not, usually, a low pay job

Prostitution and sex tourism are fine. Except in the warped minds of religious nutters and women in relationships made bad by their not putting out.

Indeed, I worked building large steel structures, and people were injured and killed regularly on those jobs, not to mention breathing welding fumes, dust (asbestos in those days), and exposure to the elements with some pretty objectionable people in charge.

But it paid well, which prostitution usually does too. And if it was legal women who didn't want some guy taking her money she wouldn't need to.

Although studies now show most prostitutes don't have pimps either.
