it is a known fact that when economic conditions get bad enough woman always resort to protitution. And you know, its easy for people in the west who have never missed a meal in their lives to judge these people that have nothing.....no food stamps......no job.....no home....nothing!

 

if you are living on the streets and watching your child slowly starve to death then its either sell your body or starve.....I am not saying its moral or right.....but its the least of the two evils. Woman have prostituted themselves as far back as civilaization goes!

 

First of all, it's between consenting parties so of course it should be allowed.

Second of all, the illegality of prostitution hurts everyone.

It hurts the prostitute who have to operate in a violent underground market where their rights are not protected and they are exposed to much more danger (from pimps and from potentially dangerous clients) than if they could operate legitimately. They run the risk of being arrested and thrown in a cage for a consensual activity.

It hurts the client because they have no option but to solicit a prostitute in an dangerous potentially violent environment. They also do not have the option of going to a prostitute that is tested for STD's. They also can be thrown in a cage for a consensual activity.

It hurts the general population by adding just another victimless crime to list of things that violent gangs can profit from.

The illegality of prostitution also fuels the human trafficking trade, giving gangs incentives to smuggle sex slaves into America.

no offense to the ladies because this is not my intention to do so as im not at all calling you prostitutes, BUT what is the difference in paying for a date where you are gonna spend atleast $100 most times for dinner, movie, and whatever else and at the end of the night sometimes you get it on with her and just flat out giving a chick $100 for a quickie lol?

like i said im not using this to offend, im just telling the blunt truth here. i mean to be in a relationship period you gotta be able to spend money, no woman in her right mind is gonna date or "give it up" to a dead beat who cant even take her out on a simple date or have to have her pay his way everywhere they go.

in truth either way whether you pay the woman to drop her pants or buy her drinks and dinner, you simply spend money on that woman to get to that point lol.

please oh please ladies do not take this the wrong way, but thats dating in a nut shell, we pay to take you out and get to know you and show you a good time and see where the new relationship takes us.sex may not be the main goal, but its still part of the whole idea.

but what it comes down to is that the government has yet to find a way to tax and control prostitution, same principle as illegal drugs, and thats why the government makes these things illegal....BECAUSE THEY CANT CONTROL IT.

prostitution is money made under the table simply, just like you could very well get in trouble for making too much money under the table and not reporting these earnings to the government. the government hates you having untaxed money, they want a piece of everything and if they cant get it its automatically illegal.

so basically on a date you are spending money and paying taxes on that date, with a prostitute you are giving her money which goes as untaxed income for her, so in turn the government labels that kind of activity as illegal.

yet whats funny is its ok for you to sell a tv and the government dont care, but thats probably because the tv was already taxed when it was first purchased. but sell your body for consensual sex??? yeah no taxes at all so its off limits.

now do i think prostitution should be legal??? sure why not, im not gonna buy a prostitute but its not my business if the next door neighbor likes it.
