Will God welcome Gays into the Kingdom of Heaven

I attended catholic schools for 9 years. I was baptized, ate the bread and drank the wine that turned into Jesus, went through the stations of the cross, had my dick whittled, went through confession, I even would have been confirmed except by that time I actually had a choice in whether or not I did any of these things. I went to my sisters confirmations, not sure why one of them did that but the other is hard core christ I guess. Anyway thought you'd be interested in more of that story. I've heard yours as well.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's a third story somewhere out there as well. Lots of stories, lots of inconsistency. That and the whole actually thinking about religion is what turned me away from it. If others want to believe that's fine, and I respect that. However I cannot respect organized religion. If God is real and the Bible is true then I think organized religion will do a better job of sending its constituents to hell than anything else.

Now if they could only make the sport itself interesting!

And so the problem isn't in knowing what the Bible says, the problem is accepting it. You only deceive yourself by pretending the Bible doesn't condemn the act of homosexuality.

Circumcision is not part of being Catholic. The Church did away with circumcision as a requirement in the 1st century.

Oops! The Bible is a product of organized religion. In fact, Christianity wouldn't have survived until today without a definable structure, doctrine, and hierarchy. Only organized Christianity has the means with which to send missionaries out and build schools, hospitals, libraries, etc in the far reaches of the globe. If it weren't for organized Christianity the Muslims would rule the world and Western civilization with its liberal values founded in Christianity would have died and this world would just plain SUCK!

You don't want to live in a world that didn't benefit from organized Christianity.

Although the bible does say being gay is an offense punishable by stoning... of course 2 lines after that it also says adultery is a stoning offense and a half a page above it it says any child who raises voice against his parents shall be put to death.

I love it when Christians cherry pick bits and pieces of the bible and then can never cone up with a response when i bring up what else is in Leviticus.

Gays are fine to go to heaven. The only people God won't allow past the gate are the selfish bastards that begrudge their fellow man and woman access to health care.

God is the Number One Endorser of Universal Health Care. Won't you mean-sprited guys be shocked when God doesn't let you in the door for pissing on your fellow man and woman? You dump on people for being poor, for being lazy... for not being able to afford health care...
