Thanks for your definition I was suspecting it would be something like that. This in my opinion, and maybe we still have the right to have and express an opinion. So if “misgendering” becomes against the law the right of personal free speech will be gone in our country. The right of free speech may have the consequences that a person may say something that is socially unacceptable to some or most of us. The person saying things such as using a word that all or some segment of our population does not like may be a despicable actor but our current laws and our traditions have allowed.

Some horrible miscreants may use the “ N word” to identify an Afro-American
or the “F word” to describe or identify a homosexual
or the “K word” to identify a Jewish person which just about all of us find to be wrong disgusting and horrific. Yet should it be a law against that? I say no. We must use other means that are legal to make those types of people ****.

Otherwise we will become like the people in the novel 1984 like worse like Russia in the real world. This is heading for thought control.
It is ironic that the oppression of free speech for this “misgendering” form of stupidity is being championed by the whackiest Left but we have de Santis running around and trying to suppress the telling the facts about history?

Will de Santis try to pass a law that makes it against the law to state the truth that he’s there once was slavery in our country and those enslaved were Africans brought here from Africa and their offspring born here in the US.

There are no transexual people. There are men pretending to be women and women pretending to be men. No one is required to recognize them as anything else.

They can show their US passports where it says they got their preferred gender. And the person is in a US court of law, and it seems this is having obvious consequences.

 

Because the prosecutor has a recording of him saying he made it up to game the system on his pending charges. Basically, this is a person who rapes girls who is trying to get himself sent to a female juvenile prison. And, Gascon/LA appear happy to oblige.

Well aside from the fact that you can't change your sex, in this case in particular, you shouldn't believe that this piece of human waste is a transexual because there are recordings of him making up the name, gaming the system, joking about it and the date that it was made up. And there are reports where he's referring to himself as a 'grown ass man.'

No, it would say "gender."

 

What you call bullying is the prosecutors right to describe someone as he sees fit. Just because a male thinks that he is a she does not mean that everyone has to honor his charade.

 

I would not use the description “it” but I agree that a person cannot change their sex no matter how many surgeries they endure or how much hormones they gorge on.
