And it's not up to the DA to claim it is otherwise.

 

A trans got a full right to cross in whatever or even no gender at all in the passport, an official US governmental document.
It's not the job of the DA to defy this, when paid by the government.

 

There is no law that says we have to entertain the fantasies of those people who think that they are not the gender that they were at birth. There are laws that say certain organizations cannot discriminate in hiring, public accommodations and the like. The law does not say that we are obligated to live the same fantasy these people have.

 

I stated my belief that this prosecutor has the right to refer to the wannabe as the gender that he/she is and I stand by that. What I did not say but will add here is that a prosecutor could be hurting his case if he exercises his right of free speech. A prosecutor may provide sympathy for a miscreant and hurt the governments case. So yes he has the right but should he exercise that right even though he’s the child molester is nothing but a bag of fecal matter and not human and should be eradicated.

A sex change doesn't technically change someone's sex. It just modifies some of their body parts to more closely resemble the sexual organs of another sex. It's effectively cosmetic surgery.
