    He attempted to enter a secure residential structure by “piggybacking”.
    Why do you keep ignoring this?

    In security, piggybacking, similar to tailgating, refers to when a person tags along with another person who is authorized to gain entry into a restricted area, or pass a certain checkpoint.

    Safety and security is everyone's job, especially for people who live/work in a building. If I see someone in my office who I don't recognize and s/he doesn't have an ID I'm supposed to react, not let him/her wander around the place. Besides, if this guy lived there he should actually be thanking her for looking after his safety and security - but he don't answer to no white folk, he be too good for that.

    She was fired for being racist.
    Please point to the specific item that made her racist, I’ve asked a few people here and on other threads what she specifically did and so far the best and most honest answer has been “it’s an assumption”.

    Asking what caused that assumption the answers is simply she was white and he was black.
    Which is absurd.

    He bypassed a secured entry point and then refused to enter the correct way. If she would have let someone in off the street, bypassing security, who did not live there and they broke into someone’s unit and robbed or killed them she could have been held liable.

    Please point to where in the video she even acknowledges his ethnicity.
