    They spent almost a full year telling the world "They won't invade" all the while thousands of soldiers and hardware built up on the border... They could have used that valuable time to ramp up military production.. fortifications and assets..

    But they had enough of an arms industry to get a booth at the 2019 International arms fair, the biggest fair of it's kind in the world.
