You can not rule out the Ukrainians are doing the exact same thing as they did to Russia before. While have already made up their minds the day it happened and are not open at all to even consider that the Ukrainians are doing the same thing. It's tunnel vision all the way in their relentless propaganda campaign. While in the past they never ever demanded a UN trial at all in such cases.

Executive Summary

Tensions between the United States and Russia over Ukraine are fast reaching a danger point. A major contributing factor in the American public’s negative perception of Moscow is last year’s downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17.

A public report detailing the investigation of the incident by the Dutch Safety authorities is expected by October but the draft is reportedly already in the hands of the United States government. There is speculation that the report will dovetail with media and leaked government sources that have placed primary blame on the ethnic Russian Ukrainians in southeastern Ukraine opposed to the government put in place after the Western-engineered coup of Feb. 22, 2014, in Kiev.

As the relationship with Moscow is of critical importance, if only because Russia has the military might to destroy the U.S., careful calibration of the relationship is essential. If the United States signs on to a conclusion that implicates Russia without any solid intelligence to support that contention it will further damage an already fractious bilateral relationship, almost certainly unnecessarily. It is our opinion that a proper investigation of the downing would involve exploring every possibility to determine how the evidence holds up.

In light of the high stakes involved both in terms of our extremely important relationship with Russia as well as in establishing a trustworthy narrative that does credit to the White House, the failure of the Administration to issue a coordinated intelligence assessment summarizing what evidence exists to determine who was responsible is therefore puzzling. If the United States government knows who carried out the attack on the plane it should produce the evidence. If it does not know, it should say so.

In what follows, we former intelligence professionals with a cumulative total of some 360 years in various parts of U.S. intelligence provide our perspective on the issue and request for a second time that the intelligence over the downing be made public to counter the fuzzy and flimsy evidence that has over the past year been served up – some of it based on “social media.”​

This video they released and that they stand by, proves that the Donbas Freedom Fighters saw an airliner and a Ukraine Sukhoi, and that the Sukhoi jet shot down the airliner, and they in turn down the Sukhoi. Here are the exchanges between the Commander and the men:

More than interesting that the draft report is already in the hands of the US - particularly as they are not a member of the 5 nations conducting the investigation. I wonder if the purpose of this is for them to review and make changes to the text and generally prepare the next round of propaganda and shaping public opinion for their on-following steps?

Why Alpha, I would love to help you out, but the report has not been publicly released yet by the Dutch government. That much is clear from the original post about the VIPS memo to President Obama to which I was responding.

Meanwhile, you can shout whatever opinions you care to, of course. There are lots of people who believe in little grey aliens who come here in their flying saucers and kidnap earthlings to conduct medical experiments on. But shouting and fuzzy wishful thinking doesn't make it true.

All are wrong, in reality it was Chinese government who bought Ukrainian or Russian rebels and delivered in all secrecy a BUK system to them to make the job. Reason is simple to understand for the even worst fool: if West and Russia become in cold war again about, the Chinese economy will be win and finally they are under lesser observation of both with their activities in the world, as for example in Africa.

This post just reinforced my experience to date about the many trolls present on this forum who are always long on words but short on supporting evidence. - Find something negative which discredit them as serious source
- Bury any counter evidences as most as possible
- blame any source of it as being not serious

Do you agree to his? If yrs, then please explain me with which missile did they shot down these 2 Ukrainian Antonov before at heigh of 26,000 feet?

Some IDIOT in the USAF thought about placing one on the very short wing of an F-104 at Langley in an attempt to shoot down an Alien Craft over the Atlantic.

Fortunately this was cancelled at the last moment as the F-104 would be too unstable to carry such a heavy weapon over a Civilian Population.

You can also look up the LETTER'S found burried in the New Mexico U.S. Dept. of Agriculture as these Letters were from the very powerful FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover sent to General Curtis LeMay the founder of SAC and the one who coined the term..."BOMB THEM BACK TO THE STONE AGE!"

In the Letter's Hoover DEMANDED that LeMay give the FBI full access to the recovered Alien Craft and Bodies stoed at WRIGHT FIELD as they were flown from Roswell New Mexico to Wright Field in Ohio which is now WRIGHT PATTERSON AFB....THE home of the USAF. REVERSE ENGINEERING DIVISION!!!

LeMay told Hoover if he ever even mentioned the craft or bodies or Wright Field again there would be repercussions.
