And so it began in January with the first diagnosed and confirmed case of covid-19 in the USA who went home from the hospital in Everett, WA, by February. By a stroke of luck and the GENIUS OF ONE INDIVIDUAL PHYSICIAN the very first covid-19 patient recovered using Remdisivir.

And so I'm calling skunk-focked bullshit on the FDA, which fiddle-farted around with an unpragmatic outlook until today deciding about Remdesiver, while over 60,000 corona patients died.

Like I said, these reporters don't stop to do actual journalism, which includes doing the leg work required to verify information until they get to the facts. Nope, they want to find information that will, in their minds, make Trump look bad, and then in typical knee-jerk fashion they run with whatever they find, facts and the truth be damned, making Trump look bad is singularly important.

Trump's press conferences are full of these misinformed reporters, all piling on Trump and his admin to try and discredit, defame, cause strife within the administration, and cause distrust withing the population.

 

Trump bad. That is the first assumption and cardinal operating rule of "journalists."

Not one president we have had, to include Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama and Trump, was a medical professional. Our presidents rely on the advice of our experts working in the CDC, NIH, HHS, etc... All they ever do in times like this is fall back on the science and medical advice and opinions provided to them by those experts. So when Trump was seen to be "making light" of this virus, it was because his experts were doing it as well. Fauci was saying the virus was nothing to be worried about, and the virus was a very low risk to the US population, Trump only repeated those opinions publicly.

I think that after four months of Brix and Fauci always underestimating the threat of this virus, or over exaggerating the virus, he is now seeking other experts to add their opinions. Clearly, only taking the advice from Brix and Fauci is not working out so well. Listening to these two doctors from one week to the next, is like being in a car driven by a 15 year old who doesn't know how to use a clutch; we are getting whiplash.

Once a false story that damages Trump is published, it's already a part of the urban mythos, and any corrections will fall on a tiny minority who will just ignore it anyway. This is how fake news like Trump-Russia collusion can last for three years. It's all just false assumptions on top of lies, and the average American cannot dig thru all the false stories and headlines, to separate the lies from the truth. Our news media has turned into a sewer, where the truth and lies are all flushed down the same toilet, and it becomes very difficult to pick out the truth from the filth.

Gotten WORKING tests ready for testing...in the kind of quantities needed to address a pandemic (which he claims he understood was coming as far back as January)

Secured masks, ventilators and PPE

Been HONEST with the American people
