Not at all, as they weren’t his. It was the CDCs, and leftist areas stayed locked down a lot longer, and that wasn’t a scientific position to hold. Never was.

Actually there is no born alive federal law. And there are only 16 states that have sufficient born alive laws with 13 states having NO born alive laws. LINK: FRC Map Shows Only 16 States Offer Strong Protections for Born-Alive Infants after Abortion (prnewswire.com)

Note what it says about Illinois and New York.

And here's a personal recounting of a nurse on what happened with abortions where the baby survived. LINK: Nurse Comes Forward, Reveals What Happens to Babies Born Alive in Her Hospital After Attempted Abortion (westernjournal.com)

We don't feed hungry children? What is WIC, EBT, free and reduced lunches in schools? Did you think there are starving children lining the streets in red states?

The law already existed? If so, then how do you feel about all but one of the dems in the senate voting to deny the infant of any life saving medical care?

Stop and read your own response here, if there was a law before that made them provide medical care, the dems just voted to change that. Literally the topic of this thread.

I am quite happy that the GOP has decided to stay on their anti Women quest. That worked so well for them in November.

You just completely dodged the topic of this thread. Are you also happy that dems voted to deny a surviving infant of medical care? (That is the topic here if you missed it)

The Republican party has a long history of attempting to cut funding to entities that aid BORN REAL ACTUAL CHILDREN...too bad you weren't paying attention..

AND DUH, children don't have to be starving in the streets to suffer from lack of food...your heartlessness to BORN children is noted..

So I guess you won't be backing up your statements?

PS: We knew you wouldn't. Republicans are not letting children starve, what a ridiculous accusation on your part.

I didn't know there were 210 Dems in the Senate.... Would be nice....

Silly attempt at a pander law.... Like 99% of the cheese coming from the Insurrection Caucus, this won't see the Joe Biden Veto pen...

Also, I thought you guys were PRO Parents rights....or is that only when it's truly convenient...

Sharing links that are over a decade old is your answer, and none of your links are clickable. But you are okay with letting babies born alive die on the table? That's okay, but working to reduce some fraud is not okay? Pick your battles.

Most of these programs are riddled with millions (to billions) in fraud. Fixing that should be priority.

You dodge the topic too. Dems voted almost unanimously to deny medical care to babies who survive abortion. One dem voted against it.

You support that or are you concerned more about the number of dems in the senate?

It seems the dems in this thread cannot and will not comment on t
    Work requirements? No!!
Increased paperwork? Oh the horror to expect that!
Requiring single mothers to get child support? This just gets worse!
Yes, they wanted to make sure funds are being directed to appropriate places and no just anyone who wants free stuff.

Just pointing out you don't have your facts straight...

I support the D's voting to not have an unnecessary law just to make MAGA's happy..

Do you understand that that sentence is directly addressing the topic?

They voted to let babies die. Simple yes or no, it has nothing to do with "MAGA".

    You're okay with that?

Maybe Democrats realize that this is already the law and that this is just a play by lying rightwingers to dupe their base since they know they won't even bother doing a minute of homework on it and will get riled up over the lie.

I SAID REPUBLICANS HAVE A HISTORY of cutting funding for poor CHILDREN and my post shows that...do you know what "history" means???

LOL, that's a "I have nothing so will bring in something ridiculous and irrelevant".....and a lie

Yes, that's a typical Republican meme...attack the poor while the rich defraud the government of billions...

BUT THAT isn't a priority with Republicans...
