    bush was a loser who did not accomplish anything and failed to get osama. He had chance and the loser that he was choked at the opportunity. Even his secretary of state said that blew an opportunity on cnn.     I sort of like the fact that KSM in US custody is totally ignored, and all the left is whining about how he was or wasn't questioned. It was him in custody that matters most.

    it was Bush's detention and interrogation policies...whether it be overseas or at Gitmo...waterboarding or not...that directly led to getting the KEY info used to track down Bin Laden.

    b) by degrading the humanity of those committing the torture
    c) by degrading the principles of justice and law

    How about just the grim satisfaction of knowing the man who came up with the idea of 9/11 in the first place suffered in great pain? Isn't that good enough justification?

    Rumsfeld has since said that no waterboarding took place at GITMO and so any info we got from KSM due to waterboarding happened in another country.

    Leon Paneta confirms that waterboarding led to the info that led to Osama.
