Will God welcome Gays into the Kingdom of Heaven

Ah, people have to go through an American political litmus test to get into heaven.

I weep for you because your God is so small!

 

Of course God will welcome gays into heaven. Someone has to decorate.

 

God probably knows what people's inner feelings towards others are without using Obama Care as a measuring stick. It's not Obama's way or the highway although you seem pretty sure you know God's innermost thoughts and wishes.
Your presumption is epic.

 

Gays are mostly good people, so of course they will go to heaven. God created them, after all, and he'd be a cruel bastard not to let his own creations into heaven.

He shouldn't let in those people who judge others and selfishly deny people help when they need it.

 

Classifying someone as "good" using our standards is no guaranty that they will enter into Heaven. The Bible plainly says that "There is none that is good, no, not one". Take it for what it is worth.

 

This is correct and was the main thrust of my first response to this thread. Most of the responses have been on the theme of how tolerant God is or how worthy gays are to go to heaven. Few really understand the Christian world view by which we are all equally sinners in need of God's unmerited grace to save. All who go to heaven are objects of divine mercy, covered by the blood of Jesus, and regenerated by the sheer volition of the Holy Spirit.

I wish there were more that understood this than you and I.

Heaven has UHC, the ulitmate 1 payer system. I thought people don't get sick in heaven so why have a UHC there? Is the government in heaven as waisteful as the governments on Earth?

 

I think the political hagglings on earth will have no place in heaven and will seem like sandbox squabblings by comparison to the glory and the joy that will be experienced under the uncontested reign of Christ. All factions will be done away with and every knee shall bow and submit to the King.

When you can do everything instantly, and know all, then existance isn't the same. Maybe God will host a big Yatzee tourniment on Fridays to keep us all entertianed.

I think Allah has reservations elsewhere. And don't come back at me with "allah is just another word for God." I don't buy it.

But for God to be omniscient he would have had to know a priori that Lucifer would choose evil. That he still chose to create Lucifer means that he choose to allow evil to exist. God is therefore responsible for all evil.

 

Fo Sho Either God is all knowing or he isn't. If he is, then he's all responcable as well. Remeber what spidermans uncle said "with great power comes great responciblity"
