You are still missing the point that common ancestors is God. God created humans and apes according to their own kind apes will consist of different kind and humans will consist of different races.

The Cambrian explosion clearly show that every creature this mean human and apes all evolved according to their own.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cambrian_explosion

The Cambrian explosion, or Cambrian radiation, was the relatively rapid appearance, currently dated around 542 million years ago, of most major animal phyla, as demonstrated in the fossil record.[1][2] This was accompanied by major diversification of other organisms.[note 1] Prior to the Cambrian explosion,[note 2] most organisms were simple, composed of individual cells occasionally organized into colonies. Over the following 70 or 80 million years, the rate of diversification accelerated by an order of magnitude[note 3] and the diversity of life began to resemble that of today.[5] Many of the present phyla appeared during this period,[6][7] with the exception of Bryozoa, which made its earliest known appearance in the Lower Ordovician

If one is full of teddy bears then I am sure your friend will chose that one over the pit of snakes.
God is not forcing us because clearly you have the free will to chose just like God did not force the other unrepentant criminal on the cross with Him to accept Him and the other criminal from his own free will ask God not to forget him and God accepted him and said "Today you will be with me in Paradise".
Before there was hell there was Heaven and hell came after Lucifer turn into evil.

Genesis 1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

And I am waiting for an intelligent chimpanzee more intelligent than Steven Hawkins.
I am not implying I am saying that base on your claim that apes are more intelligent than humans can only happened with human intervention through laboratories. You see apes do not have labs experimenting on humans. Humans are the one that have labs experimenting on apes.
If mapping gnome is not about attempting to make chimps smarter like humans then what is this:
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencet...nary-experiment-chimp-raised-human-child.html

Nim was a chimp that was raised as a human child in order to test out the radical theory that man and his closest relative could learn to talk to each other.
Tragically, as Marsh’s film relates through a mixture of archive footage, re-enactments and interviews with those who took part in the early-Seventies experiment, this is a tale that ultimately says more about human arrogance than simian intelligence.

I am assuming you do believe in life after death in your case when you die your soul is a form of energy can travel and go anywhere and you just said no prerequisites and yet you said evil people's energy will not be allowed to travel anywhere isn't that a prerequisite and if evil energy are not allowed to travel anywhere where can they travel to? I think you are displaying vanity?
By the way unlike you having your own private heaven I don't have one the only Heaven is God's.

If you believe there is life after death and I am assuming you do believe including that humans have souls after death your soul will go either to Heaven, Purgatory or Hell in secular theories called Paranormal sometimes also refer as limbo souls that are trap in this world that is why in every funeral or tombstone religious or none religious R.I.P is always use to try to calm and make or give peace to the soul of one who just died.

So....as new discoveries are made by humankind that disagree with biblical accounts, all we need to do is go back to the standard "God Did It" and everything is fine and dandy.

Cool Gig for this God Dude....a win/win.

Are they? How do you define that? Ants are as intelligent as human beings in the sphere in which they live. They have developed a high class living standard in the insect world, working together for the good of their 'society'. Which is more than most humans do.

Oh Im sorry I thought we were playing make believe. As I have just perfectly illustrated, theists are lightning quick to point out inconsistencies in other peoples make believe heavens but not their own. Hilarious. Now back to mine. There is no prerequisite as no one is making a decision to let you in or out. Negative energy and positive energy will exist in different planes of existence therefore they never cross paths. Lets see whos make believe has less inconsistencies.

I’ve already given you quite a long list of contradictions in the very post that you’re responding to here. There are more. And I’m well aware of the far-fetched ways in which modern day fundamentalists bend biblical texts to explain these contradictions away. It pains me to see how these guys make the Bible a laughing-stock just to make it conform to their teaching rather than making their teaching conform to the Bible as it is.

Obviously (I hope – I’m not a native speaker, so it may be that my bad English confused you) I referred to a hypothetical “anybody”, who – for whatever reasons and contrary to you, me and most other Christians - only knows either Mark or Matthew, but not both.
While it is wonderful that you read the gospels in their original language, for the question at hand it doesn’t matter whether this hypothetical “anybody” read Mark, Matthew, Luke or John in Greek, Latin, German or English. The result would be the same: each Gospel gives us its own picture of Jesus Christ. And - as shown in my previous post’s examples - not only do the different gospels present us with different Christologies, they also contradict each other concerning trifle little details.
The fact that none the less four different Gospels made it into our Canon(s) shows us that up to a degree the early Church fathers were fine with plurality concerning theology and tradition. And the fact that the Gospels give us mutually exclusive details points us to it that the gospels are not to be confused with 21th century newspaper articles written by investigative journalists. To treat them as such, or to try to harmonize them into one big narrative, is to mistreat them.

    Keep waiting.....

Show me a quote where I said Chimpanzees are more 'intelligent' than humans. You wont find one. I think you are mixing me up with another poster.

And I also think you do not have a clue as to what an ape is. Humans, Chimpanzees, Orangutans and Gorillas are ALL apes. The 4 of us make up the Great Ape Family.

Ape is simply a generic term for(link) Hominoidea. Please tell me, what is so hard to understand about this? Going forward perhaps you can start by actually understanding what you are talking about!

This has NOTHING to do with genetics or mapping out the Chimpanzee Genome. Not a thing. This was simply an experiment of raising a chimp in a manner that researchers could try and communicate with the Chimp. Nothing more. No genetic tinkering involved. Are you really trying to pass this off as genetic tinkering?

The Enlightenment of the 18th Century had at it's core, a critical questioning of traditional institutions, customs, and morals, and a strong belief in rationality and science. Our present modernity is still shaped by the ideas formulated during the enlightenment.

The 19th century was defined by warfare, including the Napoleonic Wars that
began the century to the American Civil War that ravaged the United States. The 20th Century is regarded as the bloodiest 100 years in human existence as killing our fellow being reached levels of an unprecedented industrial scale. A combined 150,000 lives were extinguished in the literal blink of an eye as humankind entered the atomic age.

While humanity regarded itself, increasingly, as above the need for any God or Gods to submit to...the post age of Enlightenment has not been, by and large, humankinds moment in the spotlight. Whatever advantages these ideas and thoughts shaped by reason and rationality may ultimately have, only led to better ways in which to annihilate one another.

The appeal by Christianity is to accept the fact, we're indeed, in need of saving. The first step to solving a problem, is to recognize there is one.

Of course, but what if he doesn't want to go into a pit in the first place?

You mean just like my friend has the "free will" to choose which pit he goes into? Just because there's a choice offered, and that one end of the deal is better than the other, doesn't mean that the the choice isn't forced upon us.

Point out where the Bible directly says that. I already pointed out where the Bible says that God created Hell.

Not one of them is a contradiction. I'm not sure how you're coming up with
that notion. Certainly not from reading the Gospels. Maybe a site that tells
    you they are?
You've yet to produce any. Who are these fundamentalists?

At any rate, you're the one, or the site that's telling you what to say,
are bending the Scripture to meet your, and I say this sincerely, ignorance
of them. Yes, it pains me to have to read your posts that don't follow
the Word of God and quite frankly, disrespects it.
And they don't contradict in any way. How about your provide a
parallel of the verses you say contradict others in the Gospel You've yet
to do that. You've only made generalized hypothetical statements and
    nothing that is supportable.
Don't insult me with PBS. They aren't a reliable or intelligent source on the Bible.

Yes, I agree with you it did not happen that the mountains collapsed to level ground while the beds of the oceans rose to the same level. But according to Scripture this is what happened.

"When Noah was 600 years old, on the seventeenth day of the second month, all the underground waters erupted from the earth, and the rain fell in mighty torrents from the sky. The rain continued to fall for forty days and forty nights."---Genesis 7:11-12 NLT

"For forty days the floodwaters grew deeper, covering the ground and lifting the boat high above the earth. As the waters rose higher and higher above the ground, the boat floated safely on the surface. Finally, the water covered even the highest mountains on the earth, rising more than twenty-two feet above the highest peaks."---Genesis 7:17-20 NLT

So this is how the whole earth was flooded according to Scripture, the rain falling from the sky in a continuous mighty torrential downpour for forty days and nights and in combination with the water underground, released upon the land would have resulted in a global flood.

I wouldn't be too sure that from the time of the Great Flood to the present only 4,000 years had elasped, the actual number is probably much higher than 4,000 years. There are experts who date the Flood happening 5,000 BC that would make the elasped time to be approx. 7,000 years.

So it's not inconceivable that from 8 people you could have 7.2 billion in a span of 7,000 years, as we know population growth continues to climb as years go by.

The current world population of 7.2 billion is projected to increase by 1 billion over the next 12 years and reach 9.6 billion by 2050, according to a United Nations report launched today, which points out that growth will be mainly in developing countries, with more than half in Africa.

We humans are only doing what God wanted us to do, we read in Scripture, "Then God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground."---Genesis 1:28 NLT

Yes it is true that we humans are of different colors, features, cultures etc. but in actuality we are all of one race...the human race. Click on the link below to get a thorough explanation from my favorite Christian web-site.

    http://www.gotquestions.org/different-races.html

How do you know that Australia and the USA were not part of one large landmass back in the days of Noah? How do you know that kangaroos always lived in what is now Australia? It could have been that these animals had lived near Noah's home at the time. Let's refresh your memory we are talking about an event that probably happened 7,000 or so years ago. You are making the mistake of assuming that these animals had lived in the same place for thousands upon thousands of years...sorry but you don't know that!

We all know that humans as well as animals migrate.

If you are suggesting that the Bible account is a copy...sorry but that is not true.

Below is a thorough explanation of the Genesis flood and how it relates to other flood stories explained by my favorite Christian web-site.

It is true that the Genesis flood account shares many striking similarities with the Babylonian Gilgamesh epic, and with the Babylonian Atrahasis epic, for that matter. In fact, literally hundreds of flood traditions have been preserved all over the world, with traditions abounding in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia, as well as both of the Americas, and the Genesis account shares similarities with most of them. Of the flood traditions which have survived to the present time, about 95% describe a global cataclysmic deluge, 88% tell of a favored family of humans saved from drowning to reestablish the human race after the deluge, 66% say the family was forewarned of the coming cataclysm, 66% blame the wickedness of man for the deluge, and 70% record a boat as being the means by which the chosen family (and animals) survived the flood. More than one third of these traditions mention birds being sent out from the boat.

Since every culture has descended directly from the flood’s survivors, it is logical that stories of this traumatic event are both abundant and universal, having been passed down from generation to generation. This is certainly the case. Many of these traditions are remarkably consistent, considering the relative isolation of the cultures, the length of time that has elapsed since the flood, and the human tendency to embellish, exaggerate, and distort stories over time. The Babylonian and biblical accounts of the flood appear to represent different retellings of an essentially identical flood tradition.

Skeptics want to imagine that there was, in fact, no flood and that the Bible’s flood account was borrowed from a Babylonian myth. The evidence seems to suggest otherwise: there was, in fact, a catastrophic worldwide deluge, and the veracity of the biblical account is attested to by numerous other similar ancient accounts. In addition to abundant historical evidence, there is a wealth of physical proof in favor of the flood’s historicity. The flood of Noah’s day was most certainly a real historical event, and the biblical account of what happened is trustworthy.

I don't know...Scripture doesn't tell us but it's just obvious that he had to die eventually, a physical death like everyone else.

Nope!...sorry but you're wrong. These stories concerning Jesus' birth, life, ministry, miracles He performed, death and resurrection were written by several of His disciples who were first-hand witnesses.

Their Gospels are found in the New Testament of the Holy Bible.

No, can't say that I have.

So your view is that Spontaneous Creation was the only way God could create life?
And everyone of both the extinct and living species today experienced this unique event?
    Millions of cases?

And then thereafter, reproduced by sexual experiences?

True,... unless they were abortions during an Age when Jewish girls were somewhat eager to be sexually attracted to the Roman soldiers in their communities.

we saw our presidents do basically the same thing since 1973, when Wade Vs Roe made these 1.2 million annual Abortions legal.

Its basically all true when read with the facts in mind and compared comprehensively with scripture.

Gen 1 is amazingly correct, and the 22 now extinct human species from whom we evolved are now known facts of Science and identical to the list in the genesis genealogy of Chapters 4 and 5.

New discoveries are pointing to God as that single source the beginning of all. New discoveries do not disagree with the Bible is it certain people that are creating that disagreement. Christians have not problem with science it is atheist that have problem with Christians agreeing with science.

In other words apes, ants are more intelligent than humans in spite of the fact that humans have develop space exploration, wireless communication, advance medicines, weapon of mass destruction etc. so do you consider ants and apes are more intelligent than you?
