Saw a report a few years ago written by alleged climate scientists, and they claimed that even if the USA did not exist and was just another part of the ocean, that it would make no difference to the climate, temperatures or weather events. I believe their argument was for China and other countries to do more.

Makes no difference. Just like vehicles, we solve it by offering alternatives.

They sure don't. They just need the government to help make it cost less by, for example, incentivizing research.

I don't know who is putting some really weird things in your mind. Tucker, or Alex Jones or... whatever clown you get your news from.. But you can relax. Go out and buy yourself the juiciest stake you can find. It's NOT going to make the least bit of difference.

Well... there you go. That's one concern we can EAISLY dispose of.

I highly recommend Outback. But, if you're good in the kitchen, Publix is where I've found the best steaks.

    Have fun...

yeah because "Global" in "Global Warming" means the US, of course. The small little world that you inhabit, to you, is the whole world, right?

Everything's called climate change these days.

    Train's running late- climate change!
    Transgenderism- climate change!
A mole on your neck- climate change!
An 85 degree day in Virginia in August- climate change!
A 12 degree day in Detroit in January- climate change!
    Raining in Seattle- climate change!

    Etc.

    But remember....
a Carbon Tax WILL DO NOTHING to prevent ocean levels from rising.........

only mega-scale desalination of sea water to turn deserts green could move the volume of H2O out of the oceans......

and into the water table of the world's deserts......

which in theory could keep ocean levels stable in the way that THE ADDITION OF H2O TO ANTARCTICA... HAS KEPT OCEAN LEVELS STABLE UP UNTIL NOW!!!!!

Does the growth of ice on Antarctica explain why sea level have been stable?

    AND.....

So something you may or may not have remembered correctly which may or may not have been written by anyone with any real knowledge of climate science which may or may not have been a valid point

Believe it or not, there are tons of climate scientists who say the hysteria is either misplaced or that the science is wrong. They don’t get much attention, in fact, they very quickly get cancelled.

I don’t go around searching for global warming doom and gloom stories, but I do catch some stories, even n this board which is where I believe I saw the story I was referring to.

Name them because I am betting they are the “dirty dozen” that have sold out to the fossil fuel industry (actually it is around 50 but dirty dozen is alliteration

As always, the climate alarmists don't even believe their own bullshit. If they did, they'd be desperately going after china and india because when it comes to 'man made' climate change, passing a law in the US isn't going to do much.

Climate change is nothing but a political topic to the left because they aren't even the slightest bit serious about actually tackling the problem. If they were serious, you'd see actual action regarding china and india.

So, climate change alarmists.....prove you aren't full of **** if you want to be taken seriously.

You're just going to either take my word for it or do your own search. The extent of my global warming concerns are limited to what I see on this board and what sort of stuff my friends and family send me as they mock the hysteria. A lot of the mocking is usually pertained to the hypocrisy of the people telling us we're all going to die do so by living in multiple gigantic homes which they fly to on their private jets. Can you think of anyone who does that, possibly a guy who looks like Lurch?

Hah! Have done my own research and you are dodging! Retreating to the “dirty bedroom excuse “ (but Muuuuum! Why do I have to clean my bedroom when Billy doesn’t clean his!). What you do not know is if the people flying have invested in carbon offsets

It was the Tongan Volcano with the hideous name and yes it did play a role in the warmer than average temps but it was not the only factor. We are also in a more active part of the solar cycle but while the effects of the Tongan volcano were temporary the solar cycle is going to last a couple more years so expect more records to be broken

Idiocy? I posted the story here when it came out. Did you intentionally ignore it because it doesn't line up with the propaganda you're selling?

They're still polluting, they're doing what they tell us not to do all while living high on the hog.

I you libs really and truly believed in global warming, you'd be demanding and protesting that all sporting events and concerts be performed outdoors during the day so all that earth killing fossil fuel doesn't get used powering up all the lighting.
